1月(yue)17日下午(wu),公(gong)司(si)召(zhao)開2023年(nian)員工培訓(xùn)工作(zuo)座談會(huì)。公司(si)黨委副書記(ji)、工(gong)會(huì)主(zhu)席(xi)賈健喜出(chu)席會(huì)議(yi)并(bing)講(jiang)話,相(xiang)關(guān)(guan)部(bu)室(shi)、生(sheng)產(chǎn)分廠(chang)負(fù)責(zé)(ze)人、培訓(xùn)專(zhuan)責(zé)(ze)及(ji)內(nèi)訓(xùn)(xun)師代(dai)表(biao)參加(jia)會(huì)議。
賈健喜在總結(jié)講(jiang)話中(zhong)充分(fen)肯定(ding)了(le)2022年公(gong)司(si)員工(gong)培訓(xùn)工(gong)作(zuo)。他(ta)指(zhi)出,此次座談會(huì)既是總結(jié)(jie)表彰(zhang)會(huì)(hui),也(ye)是鼓勁加(jia)油(you)會(huì);既是獻(xiàn)計(jì)獻(xiàn)(xian)策(ce)會(huì),也(ye)是明確(que)思(si)路重新出(chu)發(fā)(fa)的工(gong)作會(huì)(hui)。他提(ti)出(chu),針對(duì)2023年(nian)培(pei)訓(xùn)工(gong)作要(yao)從破(po)解三(san)個(gè)(ge)培(pei)訓(xùn)(xun)難題入(ru)手:一是(shi)破(po)解(jie)“只會(huì)(hui)干不會(huì)(hui)帶員工(gong)”的問題,要(yao)用(yong)好(hao)公(gong)司內(nèi)訓(xùn)師、師(shi)帶徒各(ge)項(xiàng)政(zheng)策(ce),讓(rang)經(jīng)(jing)驗(yàn)(yan)骨干(gan)有效(xiao)發(fā)揮(hui)“傳(chuan)幫(bang)帶”作用(yong);二(er)是(shi)破(po)解(jie)“培訓(xùn)(xun)重(zhong)視(shi)程(cheng)度(du)不夠、動(dòng)力不足(zu)”的(de)問題,各(ge)單(dan)位(wei)一(yi)把手要(yao)切實(shí)(shi)重(zhong)視培(pei)訓(xùn)(xun)工作(zuo),用(yong)激勵(lì)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)(li)促(cu)使(shi)員工主(zhu)動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)(xi);三是破解“時(shí)(shi)間(jian)與效果(guo)不(bu)匹(pi)配”的(de)問(wen)題(ti),要堅(jiān)(jian)持培(pei)訓(xùn)(xun)原(yuan)則、目標(biāo)(biao)不(bu)變化,通(tong)過固定(ding)班(ban)組培訓(xùn)(xun)時(shí)(shi)間(jian)定(ding)期考評(píng)(ping)效(xiao)果,提高培訓(xùn)(xun)實(shí)(shi)施的(de)針對(duì)性。
賈(jia)健(jian)喜指(zhi)出(chu),2023年員工(gong)培訓(xùn)(xun)工(gong)作,要從三個(gè)(ge)方(fang)面(mian)重點(diǎn)(dian)發(fā)力。一(yi)是(shi)結(jié)(jie)合(he)工作實(shí)際(ji)做好(hao)培(pei)訓(xùn),注重技術(shù)骨干(gan)、生產(chǎn)(chan)班組長(zhǎng)(zhang)在培訓(xùn)實(shí)踐中的(de)作(zuo)用(yong);二是(shi)強(qiáng)化(hua)培訓(xùn)實(shí)效,用(yong)小(xiao)型(xing)培訓(xùn)、互(hu)培互(hu)講、活動(dòng)穿(chuan)插知(zhi)識(shí)(shi)等方(fang)式(shi)力促(cu)工(gong)作產(chǎn)(chan)生(sheng)實(shí)效;三(san)是(shi)堅(jiān)持(chi)管(guan)理人員(yuan)素養(yǎng)和員工素能(neng)提(ti)升(sheng),分(fen)層分(fen)類做好(hao)實(shí)(shi)施(shi)。他要求(qiu)各部門(men)、各單位按照(zhao)“分(fen)類實(shí)(shi)施、以缺定(ding)培、標(biāo)桿引領(lǐng)、獎(jiǎng)罰(fa)分明(ming)”的(de)原則(ze)認(rèn)真籌劃年(nian)度(du)各項(xiàng)(xiang)培(pei)訓(xùn)(xun),為(wei)員工(gong)隊(duì)伍建(jian)設(shè)(she)發(fā)揮積極(ji)作用(yong)。
座談會(huì)(hui)上(shang),人(ren)力(li)資源部部長(zhǎng)黃曉英(ying)安排(pai)了(le)2023年(nian)度(du)培(pei)訓(xùn)重(zhong)點(diǎn)工(gong)作(zuo)。會(huì)議(yi)聽取了(le)公(gong)司(si)2022年培訓(xùn)(xun)完(wan)成(cheng)情況(kuang)匯報(bào),表彰(zhang)了(le)2022年度培(pei)訓(xùn)(xun)先(xian)進(jìn)集(ji)體和(he)優(yōu)(you)秀內(nèi)(nei)訓(xùn)(xun)師。先進(jìn)集體質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)計(jì)(ji)量中(zhong)心、動(dòng)力(li)分廠做(zuo)了經(jīng)驗(yàn)(yan)交流(liu),優(yōu)(you)秀內(nèi)訓(xùn)(xun)師(shi)代表王向文做(zuo)了(le)表(biao)態(tài)發(fā)言。與會(huì)人員還(hai)結(jié)(jie)合工(gong)作實(shí)(shi)際(ji)各抒己見(jian),共同(tong)謀劃(hua)公司(si)培訓(xùn)(xun)工(gong)作(zuo)。
此(ci)次(ci)培(pei)訓(xùn)(xun)座談會(huì)(hui)是(shi)人(ren)力資(zi)源部貫(guan)徹(che)公(gong)司(si)主要(yao)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)(dao)工作(zuo)調(diào)研要求,落實(shí)(shi)職代會(huì)精神的切(qie)實(shí)舉措,凝聚(ju)了(le)培訓(xùn)(xun)工(gong)作(zuo)合(he)力(li),布局了(le)具(ju)體(ti)任(ren)務(wù)。2023年(nian)員工培訓(xùn)(xun)工(gong)作將(jiang)圍繞(rao)“降本增(zeng)效年(nian)”各項(xiàng)(xiang)生(sheng)產(chǎn)經(jīng)(jing)營(yíng)工(gong)作目(mu)標(biāo),通過明職(zhi)責(zé)強(qiáng)(qiang)考(kao)核(he)、三支隊(duì)(dui)伍素(su)能提升(sheng)、內(nèi)(nei)訓(xùn)(xun)師(shi)授(shou)課(ke)、崗位(wei)輪換、學(xué)習(xí)積(ji)分(fen)制(zhi)試(shi)行(xing)等(deng)方面(mian)實(shí)(shi)施(shi)培訓(xùn)(xun)工作(zuo),以(yi)“人(ren)才(cai)引(yin)擎(qing)”為(wei)公(gong)司高(gao)質(zhì)(zhi)量發(fā)(fa)展(zhan)提(ti)供有力支撐。(人力資源部 王浴(yu)鈺(yu))
