培訓(xùn)采取(qu)理論講(jiang)授(shou)和實(shí)踐(jian)演(yan)練(lian)相(xiang)結(jié)(jie)合的方(fang)式(shi),兩(liang)位骨干各(ge)自分享了在(zai)自動(dòng)(dong)化(hua)操(cao)作(zuo)、設(shè)(she)備(bei)運(yùn)行(xing)及(ji)班(ban)組(zu)日(ri)常(chang)管(guan)理等(deng)多(duo)個(gè)(ge)方面(mian)積累的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。將(jiang)本(ben)單位、本(ben)崗(gang)位(wei)、本工(gong)種工(gong)作中(zhong)的技術(shù)難(nan)點(diǎn)、管(guan)理重(zhong)點(diǎn)以(yi)及管控(kong)薄弱點(diǎn)(dian)相融合(he),并采取隨(sui)機(jī)(ji)抽(chou)題(ti)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作(zuo)答(da)的方式(shi),為(wei)青(qing)年(nian)員(yuan)工(gong)深(shen)入(ru)鞏固(gu)專(zhuān)業(yè)(ye)技能知識(shí)(shi),古(gu)莎莎(sha)首(shou)先分享(xiang)了在陜煤集團(tuán)(tuan)班組長(zhǎng)綜合素質(zhì)(zhi)提(ti)升(sheng)培(pei)訓(xùn)中的收(shou)獲和(he)感悟(wu),講述了(le)自(zi)己在(zai)日常操(cao)作(zuo)、管理(li)方面積累(lei)的經(jīng)(jing)驗(yàn)(yan)。王偉則針對(duì)(dui)數(shù)顯表(biao)的(de)接(jie)線和(he)常(chang)規(guī)(gui)參數(shù)設(shè)置(zhi)、接近(jin)開(kāi)(kai)關(guān)的(de)工(gong)作原(yuan)理(li)和應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合,中間(jian)繼電(dian)器的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)原理和檢(jian)測(cè)方(fang)法(fa)進(jìn)行詳(xiang)細(xì)講解(jie)。
