尿素(su)工(gong)序(xu)裝(zhuang)備(bei)提(ti)升(sheng)改造項(xiàng)目(mu)是陜化(hua)公司(si)今年(nian)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)建(jian)設(shè)項(xiàng)(xiang)目,該項(xiàng)目主要(yao)建設(shè)(she)內(nèi)(nei)容(rong)為結(jié)合(he)公司產(chǎn)業(yè)和設(shè)(she)施(shi)特(te)點(diǎn),以企(qi)業(yè)(ye)現(xiàn)有(you)合(he)成氨(an)為原料(liao),采(cai)用(yong)先進(jìn)(jin)節(jié)能工藝(yi)對(duì)(dui)尿素工序老舊設(shè)(she)施、設(shè)備(bei)進(jìn)行(xing)提升改造,新(xin)建一(yi)套40萬(wàn)(wan)噸(dun)大顆粒(li)尿(niao)素(su)生(sheng)產(chǎn)裝(zhuang)置。該(gai)項(xiàng)目于(yu)3月取(qu)得集團(tuán)(tuan)公司施(shi)工(gong)組(zu)織總(zong)體(ti)設(shè)(she)計(jì)(ji)批復(fù)(fu)與開(kai)工建(jian)設(shè)(she)批(pi)復(fù),完成前(qian)期內(nèi)(nei)外部(bu)手續(xù)(xu),4月(yue)完(wan)成土(tu)建樁(zhuang)基(ji)試驗(yàn),進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)(chu)開(kai)挖(wa)。設(shè)(she)計(jì)方面(mian)完(wan)成了造粒(li)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)工(gong)藝(yi)包設(shè)計(jì)(ji),尿素(su)合(he)成(cheng)裝(zhuang)置流程圖、物(wu)料(liao)平(ping)衡(heng)表(biao)設(shè)計(jì)、機(jī)柜(gui)間土(tu)建設(shè)(she)計(jì)(ji)。設(shè)(she)備(bei)采購(gòu)進(jìn)行(xing)長(zhǎng)(zhang)周期設(shè)(she)備(bei)招(zhao)標(biāo)(biao)。配套實(shí)施(shi)的(de)瓜坡變電(dian)站(zhan)110kv增(zeng)容(rong)完成初步設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)審。
