近期,陜(shan)化(hua)公司(si)工會(huì)(hui)主(zhu)動(dòng)(dong)擔(dān)(dan)當(dāng)(dang),服務(wù)主業(yè),融(rong)入生(sheng)產(chǎn)經(jīng)(jing)營(yíng)(ying)大局(ju),迅(xun)速(su)出臺(tái)(tai)部(bu)署(shu)多種有(you)力(li)措(cuo)施,“三項(xiàng)(xiang)行(xing)動(dòng)(dong)”為全(quan)面完成(cheng)生(sheng)產(chǎn)經(jīng)(jing)營(yíng)(ying)任務(wù)主動(dòng)(dong)發(fā)力(li)。

陜化(hua)公(gong)司(si)工(gong)會(huì)緊密(mi)結(jié)合(he)公(gong)司(si)“降(jiang)本增(zeng)效(xiao)”年(nian)工作(zuo)目標(biāo)(biao)任(ren)務(wù)(wu),組(zu)織(zhi)動(dòng)(dong)員(yuan)全體(ti)員(yuan)工開(kāi)(kai)展“夯基礎(chǔ)(chu)爭(zhēng)(zheng)第一 建(jian)功(gong)新時(shí)(shi)代”為主題的(de)勞(lao)動(dòng)競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)。以提高企(qi)業(yè)競(jìng)(jing)爭(zhēng)(zheng)力為(wei)核心,提(ti)升班(ban)組管(guan)理(li)水(shui)平及班(ban)組(zu)成員(yuan)素質(zhì)為(wei)重(zhong)點(diǎn)(dian),以(yi)創(chuàng)(chuang)建“五(wu)型(xing)”班(ban)組為載(zai)體(ti),強(qiáng)(qiang)化基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)(she),培(pei)育(yu)班(ban)組文(wen)化(hua)。2023年在公(gong)司(si)層(ceng)面(mian)內(nèi)打造(zao)3—5個(gè)(ge)“金牌(pai)班(ban)組(zu)”,分廠(chang)層(ceng)面(mian)打(da)造7—10個(gè)(ge)“紅(hong)旗(qi)班組(zu)”。各(ge)單位(wei)結(jié)(jie)合生產(chǎn)(chan)經(jīng)(jing)營(yíng)、人員素(su)質(zhì)(zhi)、班組(zu)建設(shè)等(deng)方面(mian)實(shí)際(ji)情(qing)況,可從(cong)“一型”班組(zu)逐(zhu)步(bu)完成(cheng)向(xiang)“五(wu)型(xing)”班組的提(ti)升(sheng)轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)變,推動(dòng)(dong)班(ban)組(zu)建設(shè)(she)和員工(gong)技(ji)能(neng)素(su)質(zhì)(zhi)雙提(ti)升(sheng)。近(jin)期,工會(huì)聯(lián)(lian)系深(shen)圳(zhen)華謀咨(zi)詢(xun)公(gong)司(si)為班(ban)組建設(shè)(she)工作“開(kāi)(kai)藥方 出診斷(duan)”,提(ti)出(chu)班(ban)組管(guan)理綜(zong)合改(gai)善革新(xin)方案。磷銨分廠按(an)照(zhao)標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)(gui)范化(hua)班組建設(shè)要(yao)求(qiu),以磷(lin)酸(suan)、磷銨化(hua)工(gong)交(jiao)接班室(shi)為(wei)陣(zhen)地,打造(zao)班組建設(shè)標(biāo)(biao)桿(gan),統(tǒng)(tong)一設(shè)計(jì)班組建設(shè)(she)園(yuan)地展板(ban),完(wan)善(shan)硬件配(pei)置(zhi),實(shí)(shi)現(xiàn)(xian)學(xué)(xue)習(xí)(xi)開(kāi)(kai)會(huì)(hui)有(you)場(chǎng)(chang)地、技術(shù)(shu)交(jiao)流有(you)媒體(ti)的(de)多(duo)樣化學(xué)(xue)習(xí)場(chǎng)(chang)所(suo),形成(cheng)分(fen)廠班組(zu)同(tong)步建設(shè)(she),齊(qi)頭并進(jìn)的良好氛圍。
