嚴(yán)(yan)格檢(jian)修(xiu)質(zhì)量(liang) 確(que)保系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)穩(wěn)定?
檢修質(zhì)量(liang)是(shi)生產(chǎn)系(xi)統(tǒng)安全(quan)穩(wěn)(wen)定運(yùn)行(xing)的(de)前(qian)提,2021年,氣化分廠(chang)嚴(yán)格控制檢(jian)修(xiu)方(fang)案(an)和過(guo)程控(kong)制(zhi),嚴(yán)把(ba)質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)關(guān)(guan),不放(fang)過(guo)任(ren)何(he)質(zhì)量(liang)問(wen)題(ti)。1-11月(yue)份(fen),A、B、C爐投(tou)料(liao)開(kai)車(che)工作(zuo)16次(ci),11臺次(ci)氣(qi)化(hua)爐(lu)計(jì)劃倒(dao)爐大(da)中(zhong)修(xiu)工(gong)作,4次(ci)連投(tou),沒(mei)有(you)發(fā)生一(yi)次質(zhì)(zhi)量事(shi)故,氣(qi)化爐(lu)平(ping)均穩(wěn)定運(yùn)(yun)行周(zhou)期達(dá)(da)到(dao)了55.6天(tian),單臺(tai)運(yùn)(yun)行時(shí)(shi)間(jian)最長(zhang)達(dá)(da)到了(le)73天;和(he)2020年同(tong)期相比,平(ping)均穩(wěn)定(ding)運(yùn)行(xing)周(zhou)期(qi)延(yan)長(zhang)了1天(tian),單(dan)臺最(zui)長運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)時(shí)間延(yan)長了5天(tian);凈(jing)化工(gong)段(duan)全(quan)系(xi)統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定(ding)性(xing)優(yōu)于歷年,706A穩(wěn)定在(zai)155000-16000Nm3/h,706B穩(wěn)(wen)定(ding)在165000-168000Nm3/h,為保(bao)證全(quan)年高產(chǎn)(chan)奠(dian)定(ding)了(le)基(ji)礎(chǔ)。

今(jin)年(nian),結(jié)合(he)生(sheng)產(chǎn)(chan)實(shí)際(ji)及(ji)降(jiang)本(ben)增效的(de)工(gong)作要(yao)求(qiu),氣化(hua)分(fen)廠繼續(xù)(xu)貫(guan)徹落(luo)實(shí)(shi)集(ji)團(tuán)(tuan)公司對標(biāo)管(guan)理工(gong)作(zuo)要(yao)求,從(cong)生(sheng)產(chǎn)(chan)管(guan)理、設(shè)備管(guan)理、安(an)環(huán)(huan)管(guan)理、班組(zu)對(dui)標(biāo)(biao)管理(li)四個(gè)(ge)方面(mian)扎實(shí)(shi)推(tui)進(jìn)對(dui)標(biāo)管(guan)理工作(zuo),通過認(rèn)(ren)真(zhen)對標(biāo)(biao),綜合(he)管理水(shui)平(ping)得(de)到(dao)了穩(wěn)步(bu)提(ti)升,各(ge)項(xiàng)對(dui)標(biāo)指標(biāo)不斷趨好(hao),部分(fen)對(dui)標(biāo)(biao)數(shù)據(jù)(ju)已達(dá)到(dao)標(biāo)桿值(zhi),其(qi)中(zhong)氣(qi)化(hua)噸(dun)氨(an)煤耗(hao)、氧耗(hao)、煤(mei)漿濃(nong)度等指(zhi)標(biāo)(biao),都已達(dá)(da)到(dao)公(gong)司歷史最(zui)好(hao)水(shui)平。1-10月(yue)份噸氨煤(mei)耗平均(jun)1377.5 kg/tNH3,同(tong)比減(jian)少(shao)了(le)6.9kg/tNH3;氧耗(hao)平(ping)均(jun)為(wei)737.6Nm3/tNH3,同比減少了6Nm3/tNH3;平(ping)均煤漿(jiang)濃度62.93%(2020年同(tong)期(qi)平均(jun)煤漿濃度(du)62.52%),同(tong)比提升(sheng)了(le)0.4%。
潛心(xin)技術(shù)改(gai)造(zao) 助(zhu)力能(neng)效提升?
技術(shù)改(gai)造(zao)是挖掘(jue)設(shè)(she)備潛力,實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有(you)設(shè)(she)備(bei)高效低(di)耗的最佳途徑。氣化分廠(chang)把設(shè)(she)備(bei)技(ji)術(shù)(shu)改(gai)造(zao)作為(wei)能效提升的有效手(shou)段(duan),通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)技改(gai)項(xiàng)(xiang)目(mu)立(li)項(xiàng)(xiang),科學(xué)實(shí)施,完(wan)成了T1501汽提(ti)塔(ta)氣(qi)液(ye)分(fen)布器改造更(geng)換(huan),改(gai)造(zao)后消(xiao)耗和塔底氨(an)含(han)量(liang)明(ming)顯降低;對(dui)凈化(hua)工(gong)段PV15005/25005自(zi)調(diào)閥(fa)密封(feng)等(deng)級進(jìn)行了(le)升(sheng)級(ji)改造,節(jié)約(yue)了有效(xiao)氣(qi);把710硫回收(shou)冷(leng)熱風(fēng)(feng)機(jī)(ji)進(jìn)(jin)出口電液推桿改造升(sheng)級為(wei)電(dian)動(dòng)推桿(gan)后(hou),徹(che)底解決(jue)了長(zhang)期(qi)漏油和開(kai)關(guān)困(kun)難(nan)問題(ti);對E1618/1702/1620三(san)臺(tai)換(huan)熱(re)器內(nèi)件(jian)材(cai)質(zhì)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)變(bian)更,解(jie)決了頻繁內(nèi)(nei)漏問題(ti);對(dui)變(bian)換(huan)裝置(zhi)(705AB)出(chu)工(gong)段放(fang)空閥PV15005/PV25005升(sheng)級改造后,密封等(deng)級由原(yuan)來(lai)的IV級(ji)密(mi)封(feng)提高(gao)到V級,每小(xiao)時(shí)至少節(jié)約變(bian)換氣200標(biāo)(biao)方以上,每(mei)年至(zhi)少(shao)產(chǎn)生(sheng)80萬(wan)元效益(yi);針對(dui)氣(qi)化(hua)工(gong)段(duan)磨機(jī)潤滑系統(tǒng)管理工(gong)作(zuo),通(tong)過磨(mo)機(jī)技(ji)改(gai),采取再(zai)次追(zhui)加(jia)補(bǔ)(bu)棒等措(cuo)施,增(zeng)強(qiáng)(qiang)了磨機(jī)(ji)的(de)制漿(jiang)能(neng)力和效(xiao)率,使(shi)煤漿濃(nong)度持(chi)續(xù)(xu)保(bao)持在(zai)62.8%以上,為系(xi)統(tǒng)穩(wěn)產(chǎn)高(gao)產(chǎn)(chan)打下了基(ji)礎(chǔ)。此項(xiàng)工(gong)作(zuo),達(dá)(da)到(dao)了同行水煤(mei)漿提(ti)濃(nong)領(lǐng)先(xian)水(shui)平(ping),在(zai)全(quan)國水煤(mei)漿(jiang)氣(qi)化(hua)工藝、設(shè)(she)備技(ji)術(shù)年(nian)交(jiao)流會(hui)上(shang)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)了經(jīng)(jing)驗(yàn)交(jiao)流,整體工(gong)作得(de)到了(le)與(yu)會專(zhuan)家(jia)及同行的肯(ken)定。
管理(li)舉(ju)措求實(shí)(shi) 有效(xiao)控(kong)制(zhi)消耗(hao)?
針對(dui)消耗(hao)偏(pian)高(gao)問題(ti),氣化(hua)分(fen)廠從嚴(yán)(yan)灰(hui)水處理、嚴(yán)格單爐(lu)檢修(xiu)清理質(zhì)(zhi)量、改良(liang)工(gong)藝(yi)燒(shao)嘴、提(ti)高煤(mei)漿濃度(du)、控(kong)制合(he)理(li)氣化(hua)爐溫、提高工藝(yi)氣有(you)效(xiao)氣(qi)組份(fen)和出工段(duan)煤(mei)氣(qi)溫(wen)度(du)等幾(ji)個(gè)(ge)方(fang)面(mian)著手(shou),經(jīng)(jing)過反(fan)復(fù)摸索(suo)實(shí)踐,嚴(yán)格管理(li),基本(ben)使消耗情(qing)況(kuang)得到了控(kong)制。1-11月(yue)份(fen),使用(yong)曹家灘(tan)、紅柳林(lin)和檸條塔(ta)按(an)比例(li)摻(can)燒(shao),曹(cao)家(jia)灘(tan)和檸(ning)條(tiao)塔按(an)比例(li)摻(can)燒(shao),雖然(ran)煤種(zhong)變(bian)化(hua)頻繁(fan),但(dan)保(bao)持了總(zong)體生產(chǎn)工藝(yi)的相對(dui)穩(wěn)(wen)定;持續(xù)運(yùn)行702工(gong)段廢(fei)煤漿回(hui)收(shou)裝(zhuang)置,回收(shou)了(le)BDO含醛(quan)廢液和(he)丁醇(chun)廢液,進(jìn)(jin)行了小(xiao)流(liu)量混合(he)摻(can)燒,為(wei)公司(si)整(zheng)體(ti)環(huán)(huan)保工(gong)作(zuo)和(he)節(jié)(jie)能降耗(hao)工(gong)作(zuo)做(zuo)出(chu)了(le)積(ji)極(ji)貢獻(xiàn)。

按(an)照“安(an)全第(di)一(yi),環(huán)(huan)保(bao)優(yōu)(you)先,預(yù)防(fang)為主,全(quan)面排查,綜(zong)合(he)治理的(de)基本原(yuan)則(ze)”,氣化(hua)分廠(chang)嚴(yán)格(ge)執(zhí)行公司(si)的相(xiang)關(guān)(guan)安(an)全(quan)和(he)環(huán)保(bao)制(zhi)度,對(dui)員工(gong)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)了經(jīng)常(chang)性(xing)安(an)全(quan)教(jiao)育(yu)培(pei)訓(xùn),定期進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)安(an)全(quan)隱患排(pai)查(cha),發(fā)(fa)現(xiàn)問題,倒追(zhui)責(zé)任,嚴(yán)(yan)格考(kao)核,并(bing)跟(gen)蹤督導(dǎo)(dao)整改(gai),推動(dòng)(dong)分廠(chang)安(an)全環(huán)(huan)保工作(zuo)保(bao)持(chi)了(le)整(zheng)體良好(hao)態(tài)(tai)勢(shi),1-10月份(fen)安(an)全環(huán)保(bao)隱(yin)患整改(gai)率98%,沒(mei)有發(fā)生(sheng)一(yi)起(qi)安全事(shi)故和環(huán)(huan)保污染事(shi)故。
今(jin)年1-11月(yue)份(fen)共(gong)組織安全(quan)培(pei)訓(xùn)、氣(qi)防(fang)消(xiao)防培(pei)訓(xùn)(xun)20次(ci),累(lei)計(jì)(ji)培(pei)訓(xùn)1800人(ren)次(ci);開(kai)展(zhan)安(an)全(quan)教(jiao)育(yu)24次,對(dui)協(xié)(xie)議(yi)工及對外來(lai)人員(yuan)進(jìn)行(xing)安全(quan)教育42次(ci),組織分廠全體員(yuan)工(gong)二、三(san)級(ji)教育(yu)考(kao)試2次(ci);組(zu)織(zhi)模擬液(ye)化(hua)氣站(zhan)泄(xie)漏應(yīng)(ying)急演(yan)練,筒倉(cang)著火應(yīng)急(ji)演(yan)練(lian),凈化(hua)桌(zhuo)面(mian)防護(hù)應(yīng)急演(yan)練(lian)、應(yīng)急(ji)空(kong)呼演(yan)練(lian)各1次(ci);組織現(xiàn)(xian)場(chang)安全環(huán)(huan)保隱(yin)患(huan)排(pai)查、安全綜合檢(jian)查(cha),查(cha)出(chu)隱患(huan)289項(xiàng),對相(xiang)關(guān)責(zé)(ze)任(ren)人批(pi)評(ping)教育33人(ren)次(ci),考核(he)23人(ren)次(ci);整改(gai)公(gong)司(si)安全(quan)環(huán)保(bao)處查出(chu)隱(yin)患553項(xiàng)(xiang),整(zheng)改(gai)分廠(chang)自(zi)查(cha)隱(yin)患(huan)289項(xiàng)(xiang);對(dui)分(fen)廠(chang)二個(gè)(ge)灰(hui)場(chang)進(jìn)(jin)行了(le)專(zhuan)項(xiàng)整(zheng)治(zhi)和(he)綜(zong)合利用,變廢為寶,為企(qi)業(yè)(ye)創(chuàng)造了效益;通過嚴(yán)(yan)查(cha)拉灰(hui)車(che)、運(yùn)煤(mei)車超(chao)載、超速現(xiàn)(xian)象(xiang),保證了(le)生產(chǎn)(chan)區(qū)域人員(yuan)安全(quan);通過嚴(yán)(yan)格(ge)現(xiàn)場“6S”管(guan)理、設(shè)備(bei)維(wei)修改(gai)造(zao),使(shi)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場環(huán)(huan)境(jing)面貌(mao)達(dá)(da)到(dao)了環(huán)(huan)保(bao)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要(yao)求,污(wu)水(shui)處(chu)理實(shí)(shi)現(xiàn)了(le)達(dá)(da)標(biāo)(biao)排放(fang)。
