分(fen)廠(chang)制定了企業(yè)廠(chang)文(wen)化宣傳(chuan)專(zhuan)版(ban),通過班前(qian)班后(hou)會(huì)(hui)宣(xuan)講(jiang)《員工行(xing)為(wei)規(guī)范手(shou)冊》,讓員(yuan)工進(jìn)一步(bu)明白(bai),行為文(wen)明(ming)不止乎(hu)言(yan)談(tan)舉止(zhi),更(geng)在于思想上的升(sheng)華(hua),精神上(shang)的領(lǐng)(ling)悟,靈(ling)魂(hun)上(shang)的契(qi)合(he)。分廠(chang)將文(wen)明(ming)規(guī)(gui)范(fan)行(xing)走(zou)管理(li)責(zé)任落實(shí)(shi)到(dao)包(bao)班(ban)干部和(he)班(ban)組長(zhang)身(shen)上,實(shí)(shi)現(xiàn)(xian)連帶考核責(zé)(ze)任制(zhi)。員(yuan)工行為(wei)體(ti)現(xiàn)陜化人形象(xiang),也(ye)是(shi)陜化(hua)高(gao)質(zhì)量發(fā)(fa)展(zhan)的(de)價(jià)值(zhi)追(zhui)求(qiu)。同時(shí)使員(yuan)工感(gan)到只有(you)企(qi)業(yè)(ye)的價(jià)值(zhi)實(shí)現(xiàn)(xian)了(le),才能(neng)實(shí)現(xiàn)(xian)自我價(jià)(jia)值(zhi)。
磷銨(an)分(fen)廠抽出3名專責(zé)(ze)人(ren)員,設(shè)立(li)規(guī)范(fan)行走督(du)察崗,在上(shang)下班(ban)和交接(jie)班(ban)期間,佩(pei)戴(dai)行(xing)為(wei)規(guī)(gui)范督察紅(hong)袖章(zhang),手持(chi)喇(la)叭(ba),每天利用上下(xia)班前(qian)后十分(fen)鐘(zhong)對(dui)員(yuan)工(gong)出(chu)入(ru)行走(zou)規(guī)(gui)范(fan)監(jiān)督(du),兩人(ren)成排,三人(ren)成(cheng)列,在(zai)生產(chǎn)(chan)裝置區(qū)按照(zhao)規(guī)(gui)定路線(xian)行(xing)走,不(bu)得勾(gou)肩搭背,交頭接耳(er)和嬉鬧(nao)追(zhui)逐(zhu);穿著(zhe)工(gong)作(zuo)服嚴(yán)(yan)格(ge)做到(dao)“三緊”;廠(chang)區(qū)內(nèi)騎(qi)電(dian)動(dòng)車(che)嚴(yán)(yan)格(ge)遵守(shou)有關(guān)(guan)管(guan)理(li)規(guī)(gui)定(ding),戴(dai)安(an)全帽靠(kao)右(you)行駛(shi)。對員(yuan)工行(xing)為(wei)規(guī)(gui)范(fan)違(wei)反規(guī)定(ding)人員(yuan)進(jìn)(jin)行喊(han)話提(ti)醒,首(shou)次現(xiàn)(xian)場進(jìn)(jin)行糾(jiu)違,第二(er)次發(fā)現(xiàn)(xian)后(hou)進(jìn)行(xing)現(xiàn)(xian)場(chang)拍照通報(bào)并嚴(yán)厲(li)考核。截(jie)至8月(yue)14日(ri),現(xiàn)場糾(jiu)違27人(ren)次,考核(he)6人(ren)次。
