6月(yue)8日上午(wu),陜(shan)化公司黨(dang)委工作部組(zu)織(zhi)召(zhao)開面(mian)對(duì)(dui)面檢視(shi)管(guan)理(li)部(bu)室(shi)問題征求(qiu)意(yi)見座(zuo)談會(huì)(hui)。各生(sheng)產(chǎn)(chan)分廠(chang)、經(jīng)(jing)營單(dan)位“一把(ba)手(shou)”及部分(fen)骨干(gan),共計(jì)30余人參加(jia)會(huì)(hui)議,圍(wei)繞(rao)公司13個(gè)(ge)部(bu)室管(guan)理(li)及(ji)服(fu)務(wù)(wu)基層(ceng)方面,面(mian)對(duì)面征求意(yi)見建議。
征(zheng)集(ji)意(yi)見(jian)座談(tan)會(huì)聚(ju)焦(jiao)各(ge)管(guan)理部室久拖未決(jue)、應(yīng)辦未(wei)辦(ban)、問(wen)策未(wei)答(da)的遺留問(wen)題;管(guan)理(li)制度(du)修訂不及時(shí)、存在執(zhí)行(xing)漏洞(dong)或難(nan)以操(cao)作(zuo)的(de)制定規(guī)(gui)定(ding)問題;管(guan)理部室(shi)深入(ru)基層檢(jian)查、開展調(diào)(diao)查研究(jiu)、業(yè)務(wù)培(pei)訓(xùn)(xun)、制(zhi)定(ding)關(guān)(guan)聯(lián)(lian)性(xing)制度(du)的(de)統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)問(wen)題;管(guan)理(li)部(bu)室不主(zhu)動(dòng)服務(wù)基(ji)層(ceng)、不按(an)規(guī)矩辦(ban)事、不按流程(cheng)推進(jìn)、不為(wei)基層協(xié)調(diào)(diao)資(zi)源(yuan)搭建(jian)渠道(dao)等(deng)問題(ti);各單位(wei)在(zai)推(tui)動(dòng)公司重(zhong)點(diǎn)任務(wù)(wu)、重要(yao)要(yao)求中迫(po)切(qie)需要(yao)解(jie)決的(de)堵點(diǎn)問題(ti)、痛(tong)點(diǎn)問(wen)題(ti)、難(nan)點(diǎn)問(wen)題(ti);風(fēng)險(xiǎn)隱患(huan)的焦點(diǎn)(dian)問(wen)題以(yi)及職工(gong)群眾急難(nan)愁(chou)盼問題進(jìn)行面(mian)對(duì)面征(zheng)集意見(jian),列(lie)入主題(ti)教(jiao)育檢視整(zheng)改問(wen)題(ti)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)統(tǒng)籌(chou)推進(jìn)。
本次(ci)座(zuo)談(tan)會(huì)是(shi)陜(shan)化公(gong)司結(jié)(jie)合主(zhu)題教(jiao)育(yu)調(diào)查研(yan)究(jiu)及“三(san)個(gè)年(nian)”活(huo)動(dòng)(dong)的又(you)一(yi)次(ci)自(zi)我(wo)檢視。自(zi)主(zhu)題教(jiao)育(yu)工作(zuo)開(kai)展(zhan)以來(lai),陜化(hua)公(gong)司堅(jiān)(jian)持(chi)把(ba)理(li)論(lun)學(xué)習(xí)(xi)、調(diào)(diao)查(cha)研(yan)究(jiu)、推(tui)動(dòng)(dong)發(fā)(fa)展(zhan)、檢視(shi)整改貫通(tong)起(qi)來,有機(jī)融(rong)合(he),一體推進(jìn)。前期,針對(duì)制(zhi)約企業(yè)(ye)高質(zhì)量(liang)發(fā)(fa)展的(de)堵(du)點(diǎn)(dian)問(wen)題、職工(gong)群(qun)眾(zhong)關(guān)心的(de)熱(re)點(diǎn)(dian)問(wen)題及(ji)長(zhang)期懸而未(wei)決的(de)難(nan)點(diǎn)問(wen)題(ti),廣泛(fan)征(zheng)集各單位意(yi)見,并(bing)將征(zheng)集問(wen)題(ti)反(fan)饋(kui)至各公司分管領(lǐng)(ling)導(dǎo)(dao),領(lǐng)(ling)導(dǎo)(dao)班子(zi)成(cheng)員(yuan)圍(wei)繞(rao)12個(gè)(ge)方(fang)面(mian)調(diào)查研究范圍,結(jié)合(he)意見(jian)征(zheng)集(ji)情況,確定(ding)了(le)各自調(diào)(diao)研課題(ti)。
? 為了(le)進(jìn)一步(bu)深化(hua)主題(ti)教(jiao)育走深(shen)走實(shí),提(ti)升公司管(guan)理效(xiao)能(neng),提(ti)升干(gan)部作風(fēng),推(tui)動(dòng)“三個(gè)年(nian)”活動(dòng)(dong)取(qu)得成效。陜(shan)化(hua)公(gong)司勇于(yu)自我革(ge)命(ming),敢(gan)于(yu)刀刃向內(nèi)(nei),堅(jiān)持(chi)邊(bian)學(xué)習(xí)(xi),邊(bian)對(duì)(dui)照(zhao),邊檢視(shi),邊整改,自下(xia)而(er)上提問(wen)題,自(zi)上而(er)下(xia)“照鏡(jing)子”。前來(lai)參會(huì)的30名(ming)黨(dang)員(yuan)干(gan)部和骨干(gan)人員(yuan)帶(dai)著問(wen)題(ti)來,按照會(huì)(hui)議安(an)排(pai),逐一(yi)對(duì)(dui)照(zhao)13個(gè)(ge)管(guan)理(li)部室(shi)管(guan)理(li)及(ji)服務(wù)基層(ceng)職(zhi)責(zé)履行(xing)情(qing)況,談(tan)現(xiàn)象,擺(bai)事實(shí),說(shuo)實(shí)情(qing),提(ti)改(gai)進(jìn)措施。黨委工(gong)作(zuo)部安排專(zhuan)人(ren)如(ru)實(shí)(shi)詳細(xì)(xi)記錄,真正(zheng)把阻(zu)礙(ai)企業(yè)發(fā)(fa)展的(de)管理(li)問(wen)題(ti)暴(bao)露出(chu)來,為(wei)管(guan)理(li)部室(shi)找準(zhǔn)(zhun)找(zhao)實(shí)問(wen)題根(gen)源和(he)癥結(jié)(jie),奠定(ding)基礎(chǔ)(chu)。
經(jīng)梳理統(tǒng)計(jì)(ji),會(huì)議初(chu)步(bu)征(zheng)集意見(jian)建(jian)議(yi)80余條。下(xia)一步(bu),黨委工(gong)作(zuo)部將(jiang)進(jìn)一(yi)步(bu)對(duì)(dui)征集問(wen)題進(jìn)(jin)行分(fen)類(lei)整(zheng)理(li),面對(duì)面把(ba)問(wen)題(ti)原(yuan)原本(ben)本(ben)反饋給各部(bu)室(shi),明(ming)確(que)整改(gai)措(cuo)施、整(zheng)改目(mu)標(biāo)、整(zheng)改時(shí)限、牽(qian)頭(tou)責(zé)任(ren)人,督(du)促(cu)問(wen)題(ti)徹(che)底(di)解(jie)決。對(duì)(dui)于重(zhong)難點(diǎn)問題(ti),成(cheng)立(li)專班推進(jìn)(jin),實(shí)(shi)行掛圖作(zuo)戰(zhàn)(zhan),逐(zhu)一銷(xiao)號(hào)。陜化公(gong)司將(jiang)以本(ben)次主(zhu)題教(jiao)育為(wei)契機(jī),聚(ju)焦(jiao)企(qi)業(yè)發(fā)(fa)展(zhan)之(zhi)困(kun),破(po)解高質(zhì)發(fā)(fa)展之難(nan),說(shuo)實(shí)話、干實(shí)(shi)事、出實(shí)(shi)招(zhao),用(yong)主題教育檢視(shi)整(zheng)改工(gong)作(zuo),打(da)通(tong)管(guan)理(li)流程,提升(sheng)管(guan)理效(xiao)率。(權(quán)(quan)悅林(lin))
