近期(qi),從2023年度中(zhong)國(guo)設(shè)備管理與(yu)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新成(cheng)果(guo)交(jiao)流大會(huì)上(shang)傳(chuan)來喜(xi)訊(xun),陜(shan)化公(gong)司(si)低溫(wen)甲醇洗(xi)裝(zhuang)置洗滌(di)塔塔盤(pan)改型提(ti)效(xiao)項(xiàng)目獲(huo)得一等(deng)獎(jiǎng)(jiang),合(he)成系統(tǒng)(tong)能(neng)效提(ti)升E1810、E2810更換(huan)改造(zao)、260th煤粉2#鍋爐(lu)排煙降溫提效(xiao)改造(zao)、BYD進(jìn)料(liao)泵國產(chǎn)(chan)化(hua)改(gai)造等(deng)3個(gè)項(xiàng)目(mu)獲得(de)了二(er)等(deng)獎(jiǎng),展示了(le)公(gong)司(si)在(zai)設(shè)備管理與(yu)技術(shù)(shu)創(chuàng)(chuang)新(xin)方面(mian)的(de)顯(xian)著(zhu)成果(guo),贏(ying)得了(le)與會(huì)業(yè)(ye)界(jie)同仁(ren)的廣(guang)泛贊(zan)譽(yù)和(he)認(rèn)(ren)可(ke)。
近兩年(nian)來,陜化(hua)公司(si)通過(guo)積極(ji)開(kai)展(zhan)技術(shù)(shu)改造,推廣新(xin)技(ji)術(shù)(shu)、新(xin)材料應(yīng)(ying)用,破解(jie)“卡脖子”關(guān)(guan)鍵技術(shù)難題(ti),完(wan)成了(le)技術(shù)(shu)改(gai)造(zao)84項(xiàng)(xiang),推(tui)廣新(xin)技(ji)術(shù)(shu)、新材(cai)料(liao)應(yīng)用(yong)10余(yu)項(xiàng)。
在(zai)技術(shù)(shu)改造(zao)方(fang)面,公司成立技術(shù)(shu)攻關(guān)(guan)小組,敢打硬仗,敢啃(ken)硬(ying)骨頭(tou)。磷銨(an)428風(fēng)(feng)機(jī)聯(lián)軸器改(gai)為永磁(ci)調(diào)(diao)速器(qi),電(dian)機(jī)改為(wei)節(jié)(jie)能(neng)電機(jī),不(bu)但(dan)延長(zhang)設(shè)(she)備運(yùn)行周期,而(er)且節(jié)(jie)能顯著;52萬噸(dun)裝置螺桿(gan)空(kong)壓(ya)機(jī)改為(wei)空氣(qi)懸(xuan)浮離(li)心機(jī),延(yan)長(zhang)運(yùn)行周期(qi),降(jiang)低(di)功耗和(he)運(yùn)行(xing)成(cheng)本,減少(shao)現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)噪(zao)音(yin);11套重要(yao)設(shè)(she)備(bei)PLC控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)電(dian)源(yuan)冗余(yu)改造項(xiàng)(xiang)目,已完成(cheng)5臺(tái)(tai),完(wan)成(cheng)氣(qi)化(hua)B、C、D爐氧(yang)氣流量聯(lián)鎖改造,有效提升(sheng)系(xi)統(tǒng)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)的可靠性;復(fù)(fu)肥電(dian)源改造已完成(cheng),有(you)效緩解了煤化(hua)工總變(bian)過(guo)負(fù)(fu)荷問題(ti)。目前,正(zheng)分階段從重點(diǎn)(dian)到一般依(yi)次消除,逐(zhu)個(gè)擊破,徹(che)底掃(sao)清生(sheng)產(chǎn)“瓶(ping)頸(jing)”和(he)“絆(ban)腳石”。
在新技術(shù)、新(xin)材料應(yīng)用(yong)方面(mian),本著(zhe)勇于(yu)向(xiang)前(qian),開(kai)拓創(chuàng)(chuang)新的精(jing)神,經(jīng)(jing)采用(yong)SUPERCHEM 防(fang)腐技(ji)術(shù),有(you)效(xiao)解決(jue)了氨管線、甲(jia)醇(chun)管(guan)線(xian)腐蝕減(jian)薄(bao)問(wen)題,消除(chu)了(le)安(an)全(quan)隱(yin)患;2#、3#爐(lu)水冷壁管噴涂(tu)耐(nai)磨(mo)層(ceng),3#爐3臺(tái)磨煤機(jī)(ji)內(nèi)錐(zhui)體涂耐磨涂料,使(shi)用周(zhou)期(qi)延(yan)長(zhang);通過電(dian)纜震蕩(dang)檢測(cè)技術(shù)(shu),反映電纜制造及(ji)安裝(zhuang)缺(que)陷(xian),使電纜潛在(zai)故(gu)障盡(jin)早(zao)發(fā)現(xiàn);引(yin)進(jìn)(jin)復(fù)合陶(tao)瓷(ci)材料防火毯(tan)技術(shù),利用(yong)系(xi)統(tǒng)大(da)修期(qi)間(jian)對(duì)電(dian)纜中(zhong)間(jian)頭(tou)加裝(zhuang)防(fang)火(huo)毯(tan),進(jìn)行包(bao)裹,共(gong)計(jì)完(wan)成(cheng)90余(yu)處(chu),電力系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)基(ji)礎(chǔ)(chu)管理水平大幅(fu)度(du)提(ti)升,確(que)保(bao)供(gong)電(dian)系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)的可靠(kao)性(xing),使設(shè)備管(guan)理(li)邁向新(xin)臺(tái)階。
成績(ji)屬(shu)于過(guo)去(qu),奮(fen)斗續(xù)寫輝(hui)煌。展(zhan)望(wang)企(qi)業(yè)未來(lai)發(fā)展藍(lán)(lan)圖(tu),陜(shan)化(hua)公(gong)司(si)設(shè)備(bei)管理(li)仍(reng)緊密圍(wei)繞(rao)“立(li)足煤化(hua)、壯肥精(jing)化(hua)、技(ji)融(rong)雙驅(qū)(qu)、綠色(se)低碳(tan),矢(shi)志成為國(guo)內(nèi)一(yi)流化(hua)工企(qi)業(yè)(ye)”的發(fā)展(zhan)戰(zhàn)略(lve),矢志(zhi)不(bu)渝推(tui)動(dòng)設(shè)(she)備管理(li)高(gao)質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)發(fā)展,以(yi)裝置(zhi)節(jié)能(neng)降(jiang)耗(hao)、實(shí)現(xiàn)雙碳目標(biāo)(biao)為(wei)著力(li)點(diǎn),定(ding)期(qi)梳理瓶頸(jing)問(wen)題,持(chi)續(xù)(xu)通過推(tui)廣新技術(shù)、新(xin)材料(liao)、設(shè)(she)備升級(jí)(ji)改造(zao)等(deng)措施,實(shí)現(xiàn)(xian)裝置及設(shè)備(bei)高效(xiao)、節(jié)能運(yùn)行(xing)。(張偉)
