近(jin)期(qi),從(cong)浙(zhe)江溫嶺(ling)召(zhao)開(kāi)的2023年(nian)度中(zhong)國(guó)(guo)設(shè)(she)備(bei)管理(li)與(yu)技術(shù)(shu)創(chuàng)(chuang)新成果交(jiao)流(liu)大會(huì)(hui)上(shang)傳(chuan)來(lái)喜訊,陜(shan)化(hua)公司低(di)溫(wen)甲醇洗(xi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)洗(xi)滌(di)塔塔盤(pán)(pan)改型提效(xiao)項(xiàng)目獲得一等獎(jiǎng)(jiang),合成系統(tǒng)能效提(ti)升E1810、E2810更(geng)換(huan)改造(zao)、260th煤(mei)粉(fen)2#鍋(guo)爐排(pai)煙(yan)降溫(wen)提(ti)效改造、BYD進(jìn)(jin)料泵國(guó)(guo)產(chǎn)化改(gai)造等(deng)3個(gè)(ge)項(xiàng)目獲(huo)得(de)了(le)二(er)等獎(jiǎng)(jiang),展示了(le)公司(si)在(zai)設(shè)備管理(li)與(yu)技(ji)術(shù)(shu)創(chuàng)新方面(mian)的顯著(zhu)成(cheng)果(guo),贏得(de)了(le)與(yu)會(huì)業(yè)界(jie)同(tong)仁(ren)的廣泛贊(zan)譽(yù)和(he)認(rèn)(ren)可(ke)。
這(zhe)些(xie)成績(jī)的取(qu)得(de),與(yu)公(gong)司(si)領(lǐng)(ling)導(dǎo)和(he)全體員工開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)(chuang)新、辛(xin)勤付(fu)出(chu)是分不開(kāi)(kai)的(de)。近兩年(nian)來(lái),公司通(tong)過(guò)積(ji)極(ji)開(kāi)展(zhan)技術(shù)(shu)改(gai)造(zao),推(tui)廣(guang)新(xin)技(ji)術(shù)(shu)、新材(cai)料應(yīng)(ying)用(yong),破解“卡(ka)脖(bo)子”關(guān)(guan)鍵(jian)技(ji)術(shù)難題,完成了技(ji)術(shù)(shu)改(gai)造(zao)84項(xiàng)(xiang),推廣(guang)新(xin)技(ji)術(shù)、新材料應(yīng)用10余(yu)項(xiàng)(xiang)。
在(zai)技(ji)術(shù)(shu)改(gai)造方面(mian),成立技(ji)術(shù)(shu)攻(gong)關(guān)(guan)小組(zu),敢打硬仗(zhang),敢(gan)啃硬(ying)骨頭(tou)。磷(lin)銨(an)428風(fēng)(feng)機(jī)聯(lián)(lian)軸(zhou)器改(gai)為(wei)永磁調(diào)速(su)器,電(dian)機(jī)(ji)改為節(jié)能(neng)電機(jī),不但延(yan)長(zhǎng)設(shè)備運(yùn)行(xing)周期(qi),而(er)且(qie)節(jié)(jie)能(neng)顯著;52萬(wàn)噸(dun)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)螺(luo)桿空(kong)壓(ya)機(jī)(ji)改為(wei)空(kong)氣懸(xuan)浮(fu)離(li)心機(jī),延長(zhǎng)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)周期(qi),降(jiang)低功(gong)耗(hao)和運(yùn)行(xing)成(cheng)本,減(jian)少現(xiàn)場(chǎng)噪(zao)音(yin);11套重(zhong)要設(shè)(she)備(bei)PLC控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tǒng)電源(yuan)冗余(yu)改造項(xiàng)(xiang)目(mu),已(yi)完(wan)成5臺(tái)(tai),完成氣(qi)化(hua)B、C、D爐(lu)氧氣流量(liang)聯(lián)鎖(suo)改(gai)造,有效提升(sheng)系統(tǒng)(tong)運(yùn)(yun)行的可靠(kao)性;復(fù)(fu)肥(fei)電源(yuan)改造(zao)已完(wan)成,有(you)效緩(huan)解(jie)了煤化(hua)工(gong)總變過(guò)負(fù)荷問(wèn)(wen)題(ti)。目前,正分階(jie)段(duan)從重(zhong)點(diǎn)到(dao)一(yi)般(ban)依(yi)次消(xiao)除(chu),逐(zhu)個(gè)(ge)擊破,徹(che)底掃(sao)清(qing)生產(chǎn)(chan)“瓶(ping)頸(jing)”和“絆(ban)腳(jiao)石”。
在新(xin)技(ji)術(shù)(shu)、新材(cai)料(liao)應(yīng)用方(fang)面(mian),本著勇于向前,開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)(chuang)新的精神,經(jīng)采(cai)用(yong)SUPERCHEM 防(fang)腐技(ji)術(shù),有效解決了氨管(guan)線、甲(jia)醇管線腐蝕減(jian)薄問(wèn)(wen)題,消除(chu)了(le)安全(quan)隱患(huan);2#、3#爐水(shui)冷(leng)壁管(guan)噴涂(tu)耐(nai)磨(mo)層(ceng),3#爐3臺(tái)磨煤機(jī)內(nèi)錐體涂耐(nai)磨涂料,使(shi)用(yong)周期延(yan)長(zhǎng);通(tong)過(guò)電(dian)纜震(zhen)蕩(dang)檢測(cè)技術(shù),反映電纜(lan)制(zhi)造(zao)及(ji)安(an)裝(zhuang)缺陷,使(shi)電纜(lan)潛在(zai)故(gu)障盡早(zao)發(fā)現(xiàn);引(yin)進(jìn)復(fù)合陶瓷(ci)材(cai)料(liao)防(fang)火毯(tan)技(ji)術(shù)(shu),利用(yong)系統(tǒng)(tong)大修期(qi)間(jian)對(duì)電纜(lan)中(zhong)間(jian)頭加裝(zhuang)防(fang)火毯,進(jìn)行包裹(guo),共(gong)計(jì)完成(cheng)90余(yu)處,電(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)基礎(chǔ)管理水平(ping)大幅度提升,確保(bao)供電系統(tǒng)的(de)可靠性,使設(shè)備管理(li)邁向新臺(tái)階。
