11月(yue)25日(ri),陜(shan)化公(gong)司脫(tuo)鹽(yan)水系統(tǒng)透(tou)平凝液(ye)技改項(xiàng)目完(wan)成(cheng),至(zhi)今已(yi)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行半(ban)月(yue),凝液回收溫(wen)度、原(yuan)水溫(wen)度(du)、蒸汽(qi)消(xiao)耗等(deng)指標(biāo)(biao)“一降一(yi)提一(yi)節(jié)約(yue)”,相(xiang)較(jiao)之前均得(de)到(dao)明(ming)顯優(yōu)(you)化(hua)、收(shou)效(xiao)顯著,真正(zheng)實(shí)(shi)現(xiàn)了(le)提(ti)質(zhì)(zhi)增效(xiao)的運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)目標(biāo)(biao)。
脫(tuo)鹽(yan)水(shui)工(gong)段透平(ping)凝液(ye)換熱器(qi)承擔(dān)著(zhe)陜(shan)化(hua)公司化(hua)工(gong)系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)凝液(ye)回收任務(wù)(wu)。進(jìn)(jin)入凜(lin)冬,脫鹽水系統(tǒng)(tong)負(fù)荷增(zeng)大(da),凝(ning)液(ye)回收(shou)量(liang)較大,脫(tuo)鹽(yan)水(shui)二期除鹽(yan)水換(huan)熱系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)熱冷媒(mei)溫差(cha)減小(xiao),換熱效果降低(di),導(dǎo)致透平水(shui)箱(xiang)溫(wen)度(du)偏(pian)高,透(tou)平(ping)水(shui)箱溫(wen)度(du)高(gao)報(bào)(bao)警頻(pin)繁(fan),威(wei)脅(xie)系統(tǒng)安(an)全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)。
針(zhen)對(duì)此(ci)項(xiàng)問(wèn)(wen)題,陜化公司(si)動(dòng)力分廠(chang)領(lǐng)(ling)導(dǎo)(dao)班子(zi)、技術(shù)人員(yuan)高度重視(shi),多(duo)次奔赴(fu)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)查看情(qing)況(kuang),經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)(dui)管式(shi)換熱(re)器換熱(re)面(mian)積進(jìn)(jin)行計(jì)算(suan),發(fā)現(xiàn)(xian)原(yuan)冷(leng)媒(mei)原水介質(zhì)管(guan)線(xian)DN100管(guan)徑(jing)過(guò)小(xiao),冷(leng)媒一(yi)次(ci)水流量小,再加(jia)上(shang)換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)殼(ke)程內(nèi)常(chang)年(nian)積累(lei)的泥垢,兩種因素(su)共同(tong)作用下(xia),造成(cheng)換熱效(xiao)率(lv)差(cha)。
陜(shan)化公司決(jue)定從(cong)兩(liang)方(fang)面(mian)實(shí)施技改(gai),將(jiang)透(tou)平凝液(ye)換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)冷(leng)媒(mei)管(guan)線(xian)更(geng)換(huan)為DN200,增(zeng)大(da)冷媒流(liu)量(liang);利(li)用(yong)此次改(gai)造(zao)機(jī)會(huì)(hui)利(li)用大量(liang)沖洗(xi)水(shui)對(duì)換熱器殼程內(nèi)部進(jìn)行沖洗。方(fang)案確(que)定后,迅(xun)速展開(kāi)技(ji)改相關(guān)(guan)工(gong)作,旨(zhi)在(zai)盡(jin)快解決這一制約系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)運(yùn)行問(wèn)(wen)題。
由(you)于脫(tuo)鹽(yan)水(shui)透(tou)平凝液(ye)換熱(re)器冷媒管(guan)線(xian)長(zhǎng)(zhang)達(dá)100米,前期(qi)經(jīng)過(guò)(guo)對(duì)(dui)主(zhu)要管道(dao)預(yù)(yu)制耗時(shí)(shi)半(ban)月(yue),接(jie)下來(lái)便是對(duì)(dui)換(huan)熱冷(leng)媒進(jìn)(jin)出口孔(kong)徑(jing)進(jìn)行改(gai)造工作(zuo),首(shou)先(xian)需要切(qie)斷(duan)原有冷媒(mei)一(yi)次水(shui)管線,切(qie)斷(duan)后短(duan)時(shí)(shi)間(jian)內(nèi)(nei)透(tou)平水(shui)箱(xiang)溫度(du)會(huì)(hui)升(sheng)高(gao)至(zhi)65℃左右(you)。為了不(bu)影響系統(tǒng)(tong)正常(chang)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing),公(gong)司(si)利用(yong)最(zui)短時(shí)(shi)間完成一次(ci)水(shui)冷媒與換熱(re)器對(duì)接(jie),歷經(jīng)(jing)10小(xiao)時(shí)(shi),截至11月25日晚(wan)上八(ba)點(diǎn)(dian),最(zui)后一(yi)道焊接口完成(cheng),經(jīng)試壓、試(shi)漏后(hou),換熱(re)器正常(chang)投入(ru)運(yùn)(yun)行,換熱(re)效率(lv)明(ming)顯增加。
通過(guò)(guo)此次(ci)技改(gai),凝液(ye)回收(shou)溫度降低10℃左右,原水溫(wen)度提(ti)高(gao)7-8℃左(zuo)右(you),冬季(ji)蒸汽節(jié)(jie)約(yue)6t/h,可(ke)謂(wei)是一舉(ju)三(san)得(de)。(李宏剛(gang) 謝(xie)研)
