11月21日(ri)上午(wu),陜化塑(su)業(yè)(ye)公(gong)司結(jié)合實(shí)際生(sheng)產(chǎn),組織(zhi)員工(gong)開展(zhan)了火災(zāi)(zai)和(he)消(xiao)防(fang)疏散“雙(shuang)盲”應(yīng)(ying)急(ji)演練,深(shen)入(ru)貫徹(che)落實(shí)(shi)集團(tuán)公(gong)司(si)消(xiao)防(fang)安全(quan)宣(xuan)傳月活動(dòng)(dong)的(de)工(gong)作要(yao)求,提高(gao)員工應(yīng)急處置(zhi)能(neng)力(li)。
本(ben)次(ci)“雙盲”應(yīng)(ying)急實(shí)(shi)戰(zhàn)(zhan)演練,在(zai)不預(yù)(yu)先告知演(yan)練(lian)時(shí)(shi)間(jian)、地(di)點(diǎn)(dian)和(he)演練(lian)科(ke)目的情況(kuang)下,模(mo)擬(ni)圓(yuan)織(zhi)生(sheng)產(chǎn)(chan)工段(duan)突(tu)發(fā)(fa)電(dian)器火(huo)災(zāi)(zai),一(yi)名員(yuan)工(gong)受傷(shang),圍(wei)繞(rao)前期(qi)處(chu)置(zhi)、火(huo)災(zāi)(zai)報(bào)警(jing)、火情(qing)蔓(man)延(yan)、疏(shu)散逃生等(deng)方面(mian)演練(lian)。演練(lian)分(fen)事故初(chu)始信(xin)息(xi)報(bào)(bao)送(song)、應(yīng)(ying)急(ji)響(xiang)應(yīng)(ying)啟(qi)動(dòng)(dong)、應(yīng)(ying)急(ji)處(chu)置、響應(yīng)結(jié)(jie)束(shu)、演練(lian)總(zong)結(jié)(jie)五個(gè)階段(duan)進(jìn)行(xing)。
演練(lian)開(kai)始(shi),在(zai)第(di)一組(zu)通(tong)訊(xun)組員(yuan)工(gong)發(fā)(fa)現(xiàn)(xian)火情后(hou),立(li)即(ji)向現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)(chang)總指揮(hui)報(bào)(bao)告(gao),陜化塑業(yè)公(gong)司迅(xun)速啟動(dòng)應(yīng)(ying)急預(yù)(yu)案進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)自救(jiu)并(bing)撥打119火(huo)警電話,隨后向(xiang)轄區(qū)(qu)有關(guān)部(bu)門(men)報(bào)告(gao)。消(xiao)防隊(duì)接(jie)警(jing)后(hou),立即啟(qi)動(dòng)應(yīng)急響(xiang)應(yīng)(ying)程(cheng)序,迅(xun)速(su)調(diào)(diao)集(ji)應(yīng)(ying)急救(jiu)援隊(duì)伍(wu)趕(gan)赴現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)(chang)開(kai)展(zhan)救援及(ji)聯(lián)合處置。第二(er)組急(ji)救(jiu)人(ren)員(yuan)對(duì)傷員(yuan)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)急(ji)救后將(jiang)其抬上救(jiu)護(hù)車(che);第(di)三(san)組(zu)警戒(jie)組(zu)人(ren)員在(zai)陜化(hua)塑業(yè)公司大院門(men)口周(zhou)圍拉(la)起了(le)警戒(jie)線(xian)。第(di)四組疏(shu)散(san)人員(yuan)對(duì)從(cong)車間逃(tao)生的(de)員工(gong)進(jìn)行(xing)有序疏導(dǎo)(dao);第(di)五組后勤(qin)保障(zhang)人(ren)員(yuan)迅(xun)速清點(diǎn)(dian)人(ren)數(shù),保(bao)障車(che)間(jian)員工(gong)全(quan)部(bu)疏(shu)散到(dao)達(dá)(da)陜化塑(su)業(yè)公司(si)大(da)院。演練(lian)結(jié)(jie)束后,對(duì)(dui)本(ben)次演(yan)練進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)了(le)點(diǎn)(dian)評(píng)。本次演(yan)練沒(méi)有(you)預(yù)先(xian)編排腳本,不(bu)預(yù)(yu)先(xian)集結(jié)隊(duì)伍和(he)排練(lian)。參(can)加演練(lian)的各部(bu)門(men)員工(gong)反(fan)應(yīng)迅(xun)速,指揮程(cheng)序(xu)清(qing)楚(chu)、處理(li)方法(fa)得(de)當(dāng),順利完(wan)成各(ge)自的(de)任務(wù)。
本(ben)次(ci)“雙(shuang)盲(mang)”演(yan)練的(de)順(shun)利(li)結(jié)束,充(chong)分說(shuō)明(ming)陜(shan)化(hua)塑業(yè)公司《火災(zāi)爆炸(zha)事故(gu)專項(xiàng)預(yù)(yu)案》的(de)適用性和(he)可(ke)操作(zuo)性(xing),也鍛煉了員(yuan)工應(yīng)(ying)急(ji)處(chu)置能力(li),對(duì)促進(jìn)公(gong)司消(xiao)防安全工(gong)作具(ju)有重要意義(yi)。同(tong)時(shí),此次演(yan)練(lian)也(ye)暴露(lu)出公(gong)司應(yīng)急預(yù)(yu)案(an)和(he)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)(chang)應(yīng)(ying)急(ji)處置過(guò)(guo)程中存(cun)在(zai)的(de)一(yi)些問(wèn)(wen)題(ti)與薄弱(ruo)環(huán)(huan)節(jié)(jie),后續(xù)(xu)陜(shan)化(hua)塑業(yè)公(gong)司將以此次(ci)演練為(wei)契機(jī),建(jian)立健全(quan)陜化塑業(yè)公司(si)應(yīng)急(ji)救援隊(duì)伍,經(jīng)常性組織(zhi)開展多(duo)層次(ci)、多(duo)類(lei)型(xing)、多形(xing)式的生(sheng)產(chǎn)安(an)全事(shi)故(gu)雙盲(mang)應(yīng)急演練(lian),不(bu)斷提升員工應(yīng)對(duì)(dui)突發(fā)事故(gu)的(de)救援(yuan)能力和實(shí)戰(zhàn)能力(li),筑(zhu)牢(lao)安(an)全(quan)堤壩(ba)。(張蓮)
