1-6月(yue)份(fen),陜化(hua)公司累計(jì)(ji)生產(chǎn)(chan)化(hua)肥(fei)化(hua)工產(chǎn)(chan)品總量(liang)同比增(zeng)長2%,完(wan)成(cheng)年(nian)計(jì)(ji)劃53.45%。累計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)營業(yè)收(shou)入(ru)39.66億(yi)元,完成(cheng)年計(jì)(ji)劃(hua)的(de)53%,完成計(jì)(ji)劃進(jìn)度的106%,較(jiao)上年同期(qi)33.27億(yi)元增加6.39億(yi)元;實(shí)現(xiàn)利(li)潤11.1億元(yuan),完(wan)成年計(jì)劃(hua)的74%,完成(cheng)計(jì)劃(hua)進(jìn)度的(de)148%,較上年(nian)同期(qi)7.87億(yi)元(yuan)增(zeng)加(jia)3.23億元,圓滿完(wan)成(cheng)時(shi)間任(ren)務(wù)“雙(shuang)過(guo)半(ban)”目標(biāo)。
安全(quan)“護(hù)身(shen)”穩(wěn)底線
陜化公(gong)司全(quan)方(fang)位(wei)宣(xuan)貫落(luo)實(shí)《安(an)全生產(chǎn)(chan)法》,全面落(luo)實(shí)(shi)全員(yuan)安(an)全生產(chǎn)責(zé)(ze)任(ren)制(zhi),深入(ru)開(kai)展安(an)全生產(chǎn)(chan)專項(xiàng)整治(zhi)三(san)年行動、安全文(wen)化與風(fēng)(feng)險(xiǎn)(xian)管(guan)控(kong)品牌(pai)建(jian)設(shè)、雙(shuang)重(zhong)預(yù)防(fang)機(jī)(ji)制(zhi)建設(shè)和消防應(yīng)急(ji)建(jian)設(shè)(she)。1-6月份,公司各(ge)級各(ge)類(lei)安(an)全(quan)培訓(xùn)(xun)超(chao)過(guo)4300人次,常(chang)態(tài)化組(zu)織無腳本演練(lian)125次(ci),參加(jia)演練(lian)1700人次(ci)。積極推動雙重預(yù)防(fang)機(jī)(ji)制(zhi)數(shù)(shu)字化建設(shè)(she),對公(gong)司(si)12個重(zhong)大危險(xiǎn)源信息(xi)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)梳(shu)理(li),將(jiang)低(di)溫(wen)甲醇(chun)洗裝置系統(tǒng)(tong)作(zuo)為試(shi)點(diǎn),利用(yong)登(deng)記中心(xin)雙(shuang)重預(yù)防機(jī)制(zhi)數(shù)(shu)字化(hua)軟(ruan)件系統(tǒng)(tong),提(ti)升(sheng)雙重預(yù)防(fang)信(xin)息(xi)化(hua)水平,夯(hang)實(shí)發(fā)(fa)展(zhan)根基。
系統(tǒng)“體檢”保運(yùn)行(xing)
為系統(tǒng)解決(jue)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)生(sheng)產(chǎn)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)問題,保證(zheng)生(sheng)產(chǎn)(chan)運(yùn)(yun)行安(an)全穩(wěn)(wen)定(ding)、銜接有(you)序,提(ti)升(sheng)裝置運(yùn)行效(xiao)果(guo)。6月份(fen)以(yi)來,陜(shan)化公司(si)組織(zhi)開展(zhan)了(le)規(guī)模(mo)空(kong)前(qian)的合成氨(an)雙(shuang)系統(tǒng)(tong)大(da)檢修(xiu),為系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)“體檢”。6月28日(ri),B系統(tǒng)已于(yu)恢(hui)復(fù)正(zheng)常生產(chǎn)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)。目前,合(he)成氨(an)日產(chǎn)可(ke)穩(wěn)(wen)定(ding)在(zai)1300噸(dun)。7月11日,A系統(tǒng)檢修作(zuo)業(yè)(ye)完成,已進(jìn)(jin)入復(fù)(fu)產(chǎn)(chan)開車(che)階(jie)段(duan)。本(ben)次(ci)雙(shuang)系統(tǒng)(tong)交替檢修系(xi)統(tǒng)消(xiao)除設(shè)備(bei)隱患(huan),排查(cha)解決公(gong)用系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)問(wen)題,系統(tǒng)(tong)提(ti)升裝置運(yùn)(yun)行水平(ping),為(wei)實(shí)現(xiàn)(xian)“安環(huán)穩(wěn)長(zhang)滿優(yōu)”運(yùn)行提供(gong)保(bao)障(zhang)。產(chǎn)量是(shi)效益(yi)的(de)前(qian)提,這(zhe)次的(de)系統(tǒng)“體(ti)檢”為完(wan)成(cheng)全(quan)年(nian)任(ren)務(wù)目(mu)標(biāo),貢獻(xiàn)穩(wěn)(wen)增長“陜(shan)化(hua)擔(dān)(dan)當(dāng)(dang)”打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)(shi)基礎(chǔ)(chu)。
經(jīng)營“修身(shen)”提(ti)效(xiao)益
爭(zheng)創(chuàng)(chuang)一(yi)流(liu)企(qi)業(yè),品(pin)牌建設(shè)(she)不(bu)可(ke)或缺(que)。繼2022年(nian)初陜(shan)化(hua)公(gong)司(si)取(qu)得“陜(shan)化”35類(lei)商(shang)標(biāo)后,6月底(di),經(jīng)國(guo)家版權(quán)(quan)局核(he)準(zhǔn)(zhun),陜化公司(si)“陜(shan)化”“華(hua)山”“陜(shan)化S”“陜復(fù)”Logo及圖(tu)案著作(zuo)權(quán)商標(biāo)申(shen)報(bào)(bao)成(cheng)功注冊,產(chǎn)品(pin)商(shang)標(biāo)可廣泛(fan)用(yong)于(yu)尿素(su)、磷(lin)酸(suan)二(er)銨(an)、磷(lin)酸一(yi)銨及1,4丁(ding)二(er)醇、聚四氫呋(fu)喃及下游(you)產(chǎn)(chan)品,有(you)力(li)保護(hù)了“陜化”老(lao)字(zi)號,為(wei)企業(yè)高(gao)質(zhì)量(liang)發(fā)展奠定了(le)堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。上半(ban)年(nian),公(gong)司新增網(wǎng)購(gou)供應(yīng)(ying)商300多家,網(wǎng)(wang)采(cai)及工(gong)廠直(zhi)采(cai)比(bi)例(li)達(dá)98%以(yi)上,通過1688平臺(tai)采(cai)購(gou)節(jié)(jie)約(yue)資(zi)金20余萬(wan)元(yuan)。公(gong)司(si)深(shen)耕競(jing)價(jià)(jia)銷(xiao)售模式,搭(da)建(jian)智(zhi)能化競價(jià)(jia)銷(xiao)售云平臺。今年(nian)6月(yue)份(fen),隨(sui)著競(jing)價(jià)銷售(shou)云平臺(tai)的啟用,線上競(jing)價(jià)數(shù)據(jù)(ju)實(shí)時處(chu)理(li),數(shù)據(jù)(ju)云組(zu)態(tài)(tai)、云(yun)檢測、用(yong)戶(hu)權(quán)(quan)限設(shè)置(zhi)、競(jing)價(jià)審(shen)核(he)監(jiān)督(du)一體(ti)控(kong)制等強(qiáng)大功能得以(yi)實(shí)現(xiàn)(xian),人為操作(zuo)、篡(cuan)改(gai)報(bào)(bao)價(jià)(jia)問題有效規(guī)避(bi)。同(tong)時(shi),優(yōu)化(hua)了(le)競(jing)價(jià)效率(lv),增(zeng)強(qiáng)了(le)公(gong)司(si)產(chǎn)品(pin)議(yi)價(jià)(jia)能(neng)力和銷售量價(jià)(jia)水(shui)平,提(ti)升了企業(yè)(ye)抗(kang)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(xian)能(neng)力(li)和(he)效益,實(shí)(shi)現(xiàn)營(ying)銷指標(biāo)連連(lian)攀(pan)升(sheng)。
科技(ji)“強(qiáng)(qiang)體(ti)”增動(dong)能(neng)
上(shang)半年(nian),陜(shan)化(hua)公(gong)司多項(xiàng)(xiang)重點(diǎn)(dian)項(xiàng)目投運(yùn),合(he)成(cheng)氨(an)裝置系(xi)統(tǒng)能效提(ti)升項(xiàng)(xiang)目(mu)并入(ru)系(xi)統(tǒng)。BDO人員定位(wei)系統(tǒng)(tong)5月上線運(yùn)(yun)行(xing),實(shí)現(xiàn)了(le)人員(yuan)活(huo)動的全(quan)過(guo)程(cheng)記(ji)錄與(yu)違規(guī)預(yù)警(jing),有(you)效提(ti)升(sheng)了公(gong)司(si)安(an)全技術(shù)水(shui)平(ping)。5#除(chu)塵(chen)器氣(qi)力輸灰實(shí)(shi)現(xiàn)(xian)了除(chu)塵(chen)器下(xia)灰自動氣(qi)力(li)輸(shu)送(song),淘汰(tai)了(le)原先人(ren)工(gong)裝載(zai)機(jī)輸灰作(zuo)業(yè),消除了現(xiàn)場安(an)全(quan)隱(yin)患(huan),改善(shan)了現(xiàn)(xian)場(chang)作(zuo)業(yè)環(huán)(huan)境。磷(lin)銨分(fen)廠新(xin)增(zeng)廢(fei)硫酸(suan)罐(guan),提(ti)升了廢硫(liu)酸儲存能力。1#、2#、3#爐(lu)DCS升級避免(mian)軟(ruan)硬(ying)件(jian)老(lao)化(hua)問(wen)題(ti)引起(qi)的(de)安全隱(yin)患。APC均(jun)已(yi)完(wan)成(cheng),噸(dun)蒸汽節(jié)(jie)煤(mei)率5%,同時(shi)降低了(le)人員(yuan)工(gong)作(zuo)強(qiáng)(qiang)度(du)。1#、2#、3#爐火(huo)檢改(gai)造(zao)實(shí)現(xiàn)(xian)對爐(lu)膛火焰(yan)的(de)實(shí)時(shi)監(jiān)(jian)視(shi),當(dāng)火焰(yan)發(fā)(fa)生異常時,能(neng)夠(gou)實(shí)(shi)現(xiàn)自動預(yù)(yu)警(jing),提(ti)升(sheng)了鍋爐(lu)裝置安(an)全(quan)技(ji)術(shù)(shu)水(shui)平。智(zhi)慧(hui)工(gong)廠(chang)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建(jian)設(shè)(she)、數(shù)(shu)據(jù)(ju)中心機(jī)房(fang)建設(shè)(she)、工(gong)業(yè)(ye)互聯(lián)(lian)網(wǎng)平臺(tai)等(deng)智(zhi)能工(gong)廠建(jian)設(shè)(she)項(xiàng)目工作(zuo)正(zheng)在(zai)穩(wěn)步推(tui)進(jìn)(jin)。尿素工(gong)序裝備提升(sheng)改(gai)造(zao)項(xiàng)(xiang)目(mu)已(yi)完(wan)成(cheng)前(qian)期手(shou)續(xù)(xu)辦(ban)理(li),各項(xiàng)工(gong)作(zuo)穩(wěn)步(bu)推進(jìn)。
