經(jīng)過(guò)近三(san)個(gè)月(yue)的艱(jian)苦奮戰(zhàn),維(wei)保(bao)分廠制(zhi)造(zao)維(wei)修(xiu)壓(ya)容(rong)班按(an)集(ji)團(tuán)(tuan)要求(qiu)時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn),結(jié)合質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)工作核心思(si)想,以(yi)質(zhì)(zhi)取勝(sheng),順利完成(cheng)新建(jian)化工(gong)罐(guan)區(qū)儲(chǔ)(chu)罐主(zhu)體的(de)建(jian)設(shè)(she)和驗(yàn)(yan)收工(gong)作,為(wei)集(ji)團(tuán)公(gong)司(si)尿素(su)設(shè)(she)備提(ti)升改造(zao)全面開工(gong)贏得(de)時(shí)(shi)間,目(mu)前(qian)正(zheng)在(zai)進(jìn)(jin)行保(bao)溫(wen)防(fang)腐(fu)等(deng)一系(xi)列后續(xù)(xu)工(gong)作。
作業(yè)的成(cheng)功,離(li)不開(kai)安全(quan)質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)的落(luo)實(shí)。在新(xin)建罐(guan)區(qū)(qu)作(zuo)業(yè)(ye)中,維保(bao)分廠(chang)以人員生(sheng)命健(jian)康為核心,安(an)全(quan)作(zuo)業(yè)為抓手(shou),認(rèn)(ren)真(zhen)做到“三必須,五(wu)到(dao)位”,貫徹落(luo)實(shí)各項(xiàng)(xiang)安(an)全制(zhi)度。以(yi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)臨時(shí)用電(dian)為例(li),由(you)于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)地(di)勢(shì)(shi)平(ping)緩,無(wú)(wu)可架設(shè)(she)臨時(shí)(shi)用電線(xian)路的(de)高點(diǎn)(dian),若(ruo)進(jìn)行電線(xian)架設(shè)(she),只(zhi)能(neng)拖(tuo)地(di),會(huì)造成很(hen)大的安(an)全(quan)隱(yin)患。針(zhen)對(duì)此項(xiàng)(xiang)不安全(quan)因素(su),同時(shí)(shi)結(jié)(jie)合降(jiang)本增效的思想(xiang),車間將(jiang)許(xu)多(duo)廢(fei)料重(zhong)新利(li)用(yong),下料(liao)出(chu)許多小圓板(ban),圓(yuan)板上焊(han)接(jie)鋼筋(jin),再(zai)用(yong)空心(xin)管一端連接鋼(gang)筋(jin),另(ling)一端(duan)接塑料掛鉤用來(lái)(lai)架(jia)設(shè)線(xian)路,成(cheng)功(gong)將(jiang)線(xian)路架空(kong),更進(jìn)一步地(di)實(shí)(shi)現(xiàn)(xian)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)(chang)的安(an)全(quan)質(zhì)(zhi)量,受到了(le)所(suo)有(you)員工(gong)的一(yi)致肯(ken)定。
作(zuo)業(yè)(ye)的成(cheng)功(gong),離(li)不(bu)開對(duì)施(shi)工質(zhì)量把(ba)控。在進(jìn)(jin)行作業(yè)時(shí),維保(bao)分(fen)廠將(jiang)成(cheng)員分為(wei)三組,共同(tong)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)作(zuo)業(yè),作(zuo)業(yè)成員(yuan)表(biao)示(shi),“分(fen)流后(hou)每組(zu)人(ren)員數(shù)量變少(shao),方(fang)便(bian)組長(zhǎng)(zhang)管理(li),同時(shí),又(you)可以三(san)點(diǎn)共同推進(jìn)(jin),作(zuo)業(yè)(ye)效(xiao)率與質(zhì)量基本翻倍,可(ke)謂一舉(ju)多(duo)得(de)。”同(tong)時(shí)(shi),提前預(yù)(yu)留(liu)出(chu)人員,切(qie)實(shí)做(zuo)到協(xié)(xie)調(diào)現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)需(xu)求與班組(zu)作業(yè)(ye)同步(bu)走,無(wú)(wu)論(lun)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)(chang)有任(ren)何需要,都(dou)會(huì)立(li)即(ji)上報(bào),由管(guan)理人員向預(yù)留(liu)人員反饋,通(tong)過(guò)這(zhe)種方(fang)法(fa),及(ji)時(shí)(shi)解決(jue)現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)(chang)工(gong)具不全,預(yù)(yu)制難(nan)等(deng)問(wèn)題,進(jìn)一(yi)步(bu)提升(sheng)作業(yè)(ye)質(zhì)(zhi)量。
作(zuo)業(yè)(ye)的成功(gong),離(li)不(bu)開(kai)現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)質(zhì)量(liang)要求(qiu)。針對(duì)(dui)儲(chǔ)罐建(jian)設(shè)工作(zuo),維保分廠從(cong)上到下高(gao)度重(zhong)視(shi),多(duo)次(ci)對(duì)(dui)總(zong)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)(jin)行論證(zheng)、調(diào)(diao)整(zheng),并(bing)將(jiang)骨干(gan)力(li)量投(tou)入到(dao)該(gai)項(xiàng)工(gong)作中(zhong),為(wei)保證進(jìn)(jin)度順利(li)完(wan)成(cheng),作(zuo)業(yè)(ye)人員起(qi)早(zao)貪黑,加班加(jia)點(diǎn),廢(fei)寢(qin)忘食(shi)地(di)奮(fen)戰(zhàn)在一(yi)線,通過(guò)每天(tian)提(ti)前上(shang)班(ban)時(shí)間,推遲下班時(shí)間,可(ke)以保(bao)證每(mei)天(tian)的作業(yè)任(ren)務(wù),對(duì)(dui)進(jìn)度(du)完(wan)成(cheng)起(qi)到了極(ji)大(da)的推(tui)進(jìn)(jin)作(zuo)用。在(zai)這種工(gong)期短(duan)、任(ren)務(wù)重(zhong),時(shí)(shi)間(jian)和節(jié)(jie)點(diǎn)要求高的情(qing)況(kuang)下,“維(wei)保(bao)人(ren)”發(fā)(fa)揮不怕吃苦的(de)精神,最終(zhong)在(zai)保質(zhì)(zhi)保量(liang)的(de)前(qian)提下(xia)完(wan)成(cheng)了工作(zuo)。
