5月(yue)30日,公司組(zu)織召開(kai)2021年度工程系(xi)列(lie)專(zhuan)業(yè)(ye)技(ji)術(shù)(shu)職(zhi)務(wù)任(ren)職(zhi)資格(ge)評(píng)審會(huì)(hui),副總(zong)經(jīng)理(li)、中級(jí)(ji)職稱評(píng)(ping)審委員會(huì)(hui)主(zhu)任(ren)王(wang)光(guang)明,副總經(jīng)理張(zhang)進(jìn)華及各(ge)專業(yè)(ye)領(lǐng)(ling)域(yu)評(píng)(ping)委參加會(huì)議,會(huì)(hui)議由人力(li)資(zi)源部部長(zhǎng)(zhang)黃(huang)曉英主(zhu)持(chi)。
按照陜(shan)煤(mei)集團(tuán)(tuan)職(zhi)稱評(píng)(ping)審工作(zuo)要(yao)求,陜(shan)化(hua)公(gong)司(si)2020年獲(huo)批(pi)工(gong)程(cheng)系列初(chu)中(zhong)級(jí)(ji)職(zhi)稱自(zi)主評(píng)(ping)審權(quán)(quan),2021年首次(ci)開展(zhan)自主(zhu)評(píng)審(shen)工(gong)作,經(jīng)(jing)人(ren)力資源部(bu)前期組織(zhi)報(bào)(bao)名(ming)、資格(ge)審查、資(zi)料(liao)審核及(ji)技(ji)術(shù)(shu)協(xié)(xie)調(diào)(diao),報(bào)(bao)批(pi)陜(shan)煤(mei)集團(tuán)職(zhi)改(gai)辦同意(yi)后,組織召(zhao)開(kai)本(ben)次評(píng)(ping)審(shen)會(huì)。
本(ben)次(ci)評(píng)審(shen)會(huì)分(fen)為預(yù)備(bei)會(huì)、中(zhong)級(jí)職(zhi)稱答辯、評(píng)委會(huì)審議(yi)三個(gè)(ge)環(huán)節(jié)。預(yù)(yu)備會(huì)上(shang),王光(guang)明(ming)對(duì)評(píng)審工作(zuo)提(ti)出四點(diǎn)要求(qiu):一是(shi)各位評(píng)(ping)委應(yīng)(ying)認(rèn)真(zhen)履職(zhi),堅(jiān)(jian)持原則(ze)、堅(jiān)守(shou)標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn),確保評(píng)(ping)審過(guò)(guo)程科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、客(ke)觀(guan)公正(zheng);二(er)是(shi)緊(jin)扣專(zhuan)業(yè)(ye)評(píng)(ping)審(shen)要(yao)求及公(gong)司生(sheng)產(chǎn)(chan)經(jīng)(jing)營(yíng)(ying)實(shí)際(ji),全方(fang)位評(píng)價(jià)(jia)參評(píng)(ping)人員工(gong)作業(yè)績(jī)及(ji)專業(yè)(ye)能(neng)力;三是(shi)所(suo)有參(can)會(huì)人(ren)員(yuan)要(yao)嚴(yán)格(ge)遵(zun)守評(píng)(ping)審(shen)紀(jì)律(lv),排除(chu)各種(zhong)干(gan)擾因(yin)素,公平(ping)、公(gong)正做(zuo)好本次評(píng)(ping)審(shen);四是(shi)各(ge)組評(píng)委應(yīng)把(ba)握好(hao)評(píng)審節(jié)奏(zou),高效(xiao)完(wan)成本(ben)次(ci)評(píng)(ping)審工(gong)作,確(que)保(bao)公司專業(yè)(ye)技術(shù)人(ren)才(cai)隊(duì)(dui)伍(wu)質(zhì)量。黃曉(xiao)英對(duì)(dui)陜煤集團(tuán)職稱(cheng)評(píng)審相(xiang)關(guān)(guan)政策(ce)及(ji)要求(qiu)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)了說(shuō)明(ming),對(duì)人力資源(yuan)部初(chu)審(shen)、評(píng)委分組、參評(píng)人員情(qing)況(kuang)及評(píng)(ping)審(shen)注意(yi)事項(xiàng)等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介(jie)紹(shao)。
據(jù)悉(xi),本(ben)次參評(píng)(ping)人員(yuan)共計(jì)51名,其中(zhong)中(zhong)級(jí)(ji)18人(ren)、初(chu)級(jí)(ji)33人(ren)。中級(jí)(ji)職稱評(píng)(ping)審設(shè)計(jì)(ji)答辯(bian)環(huán)(huan)節(jié)(jie),評(píng)審委員按照(zhao)專(zhuan)業(yè)分(fen)為2組(zu)(化(hua)工(gong)工藝(yi)組(zu)、機(jī)電(dian)儀(yi)組(zu)),評(píng)審流(liu)程采(cai)用(yong)業(yè)(ye)績(jī)材料(liao)審(shen)核(he)、個(gè)人(ren)述(shu)職(zhi)、評(píng)(ping)委提(ti)問(wèn)打(da)分(fen)的方式(shi),由各(ge)專業(yè)評(píng)(ping)委針對(duì)參評(píng)(ping)人員業(yè)(ye)績(jī)材(cai)料(liao)、論文(wen)及(ji)專(zhuan)業(yè)(ye)技術(shù)工(gong)作實(shí)(shi)際(ji)等(deng)進(jìn)行提問(wèn),根(gen)據(jù)個(gè)人表(biao)現(xiàn)(xian)如(ru)實(shí)(shi)評(píng)(ping)分(fen);初級(jí)(ji)職(zhi)稱(cheng)由(you)評(píng)(ping)審委員(yuan)會(huì)(hui)投票表決(jue)確定(ding)通過(guò)(guo)人員。
答(da)辯結(jié)束后,7名(ming)評(píng)委(wei)召(zhao)開(kai)了審議會(huì)(hui)議,對(duì)(dui)評(píng)審過(guò)(guo)程中(zhong)的問(wèn)(wen)題進(jìn)(jin)行了充分討(tao)論,對(duì)所有參(can)評(píng)(ping)人(ren)員進(jìn)(jin)行了(le)表決(jue),并(bing)形(xing)成(cheng)評(píng)(ping)審(shen)會(huì)決議,評(píng)審(shen)結(jié)果(guo)將在公(gong)司(si)范圍(wei)內(nèi)進(jìn)行公示,接受廣(guang)大員(yuan)工的(de)監(jiān)督。
