為認(rèn)(ren)真貫(guan)徹落實(shí)(shi)公司(si)《2021年員(yuan)工培(pei)訓(xùn)(xun)工(gong)作要點(diǎn)》,不(bu)斷(duan)提(ti)升生產(chǎn)操作崗(gang)位業(yè)務(wù)能(neng)力水(shui)平(ping),全面(mian)檢驗(yàn)員工(gong)崗位能(neng)力(li)勝(sheng)任(ren)情況(kuang),3月29日-31日公司(si)組(zu)織(zhi)生(sheng)產(chǎn)操(cao)作崗(gang)位全員(yuan)開(kāi)(kai)展崗(gang)位能(neng)力(li)確認(rèn)(ren)綜(zong)合考評(píng),各(ge)生(sheng)產(chǎn)分(fen)廠(chǎng)操作(zuo)崗位(wei)1035人參(can)加(jia)了(le)此次考(kao)評(píng)(ping)。
本(ben)次考(kao)評(píng)既是對(duì)(dui)2020年(nian)全年(nian)培訓(xùn)工(gong)作質(zhì)量的(de)一次大(da)檢(jian)驗(yàn),也是順應(yīng)(ying)現(xiàn)形勢(shì)下輪崗工(gong)作(zuo)需(xu)要而開(kāi)(kai)展的一次輪前崗(gang)位能(neng)力(li)確認(rèn)。為切實(shí)(shi)做(zuo)好(hao)考(kao)評(píng)(ping)工(gong)作,人力資(zi)源(yuan)部(bu)通過(guò)“嚴(yán)(yan)、實(shí)(shi)、融(rong)、提”確保工作(zuo)收到實(shí)(shi)效(xiao)???kao)評(píng)期(qi)間(jian),黨委(wei)書(shū)(shu)記、董(dong)事(shi)長(zhǎng)、總(zong)經(jīng)(jing)理屈戰(zhàn)成(cheng)蒞臨(lin)現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)指(zhi)導(dǎo)(dao)工作(zuo),人(ren)力資源部(bu)、公司(si)辦(ban)、生(sheng)產(chǎn)技術(shù)部等部(bu)門(mén)(men)參與(yu)巡考全(quan)過(guò)(guo)程(cheng)。
嚴(yán)(yan)過(guò)程。為(wei)確(que)???kao)評(píng)公平公正嚴(yán)正合規(guī)(gui),杜絕各(ge)種形(xing)式(shi)作(zuo)弊替(ti)考等(deng)現(xiàn)(xian)象(xiang)??荚u(píng)(ping)前(qian),全體(ti)參考人(ren)員按(an)要求(qiu)上(shang)交(jiao)個(gè)(ge)人手機(jī)(ji)、電(dian)子(zi)手(shou)表(biao)等通訊(xun)工具(ju),考評(píng)(ping)現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)(chang)配(pei)備(bei)了身份證(zheng)件(jian)核(he)驗(yàn)(yan)及360度視頻監(jiān)(jian)控(kong)系統(tǒng)(tong)。過(guò)(guo)程(cheng)全程(cheng)由(you)第三(san)方(fang)公(gong)司負(fù)(fu)責(zé)(ze)監(jiān)考身份認(rèn)證、監(jiān)(jian)考,由(you)上海(hai)君(jun)睿在(zai)線(xiàn)技術(shù)后臺(tái)(tai)負(fù)(fu)責(zé)成績(jī)導(dǎo)(dao)出(chu)及(ji)統(tǒng)計(jì)(ji)工作(zuo),考評(píng)期間還對(duì)可能(neng)出(chu)現(xiàn)的違紀(jì)違(wei)規(guī)(gui)行(xing)為采(cai)取(qu)“一(yi)次(ci)警告二次勸離(li)”等措施(shi)嚴(yán)正(zheng)考(kao)場(chǎng)紀(jì)律。
實(shí)內(nèi)(nei)容。自去年11月(yue)份以(yi)來(lái),人力(li)資(zi)源部逐單(dan)位(wei)、逐工(gong)種督促內(nèi)(nei)訓(xùn)師(shi)以(yi)崗位學(xué)(xue)習(xí)平(ping)臺(tái)題(ti)庫(kù)(ku)為基礎(chǔ),按(an)照現(xiàn)(xian)工藝運(yùn)行情況(kuang)及(ji)時(shí)(shi)更(geng)新平臺(tái)(tai)題庫(kù)(ku),同(tong)時(shí)(shi)將應(yīng)急(ji)預(yù)(yu)案(an)、開(kāi)停車(chē)步驟、事故案例(li)學(xué)習(xí)等內(nèi)容通過(guò)多選、選擇排序(xu)等形(xing)式(shi)融(rong)入(ru)客(ke)觀(guān)習(xí)(xi)題中(zhong),并(bing)將(jiang)安全(quan)、設(shè)備(bei)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)(chang)管理(li)、法律(lv)法(fa)規(guī)(gui)等通(tong)用(yong)性(xing)知(zhi)識(shí)加入題(ti)庫(kù)(ku),平(ping)均每個(gè)(ge)工(gong)種(zhong)綜(zong)合(he)題庫(kù)(ku)量達(dá)到(dao)1200道(dao)以上,用(yong)現(xiàn)(xian)有(you)考(kao)試(shi)手(shou)段(duan)真實(shí)(shi)反映(ying)崗位基礎(chǔ)能力,最(zui)大限度讓(rang)理論考(kao)試(shi)切入(ru)實(shí)際(ji)內(nèi)容。
融工(gong)種(zhong)。為統(tǒng)籌(chou)做好公司級(jí)(ji)別培(pei)訓(xùn)考試,減(jian)少不必(bi)要(yao)的(de)工作重(zhong)復(fù)(fu),切(qie)實(shí)減(jian)輕(qing)基層考試(shi)壓力,本次考(kao)試與近(jin)期(qi)安環(huán)部(bu)檢(jian)修(xiu)作(zuo)業(yè)(ye)考試(shi)安排融合,將(jiang)崗位(wei)基礎(chǔ)知(zhi)識(shí)與30871考試按比例一(yi)并(bing)納(na)入考(kao)評(píng)(ping)范圍,檢驗(yàn)專(zhuān)(zhuan)業(yè)能(neng)力(li)的同(tong)時(shí)進(jìn)一步提升綜合知(zhi)識(shí)(shi)水(shui)平。同(tong)時(shí)為(wei)順應(yīng)輪崗需(xu)要(yao),對(duì)(dui)各工種(zhong)內(nèi)(nei)部(bu)工(gong)藝(yi)段題(ti)庫(kù)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)深(shen)度(du)融(rong)合,打破(po)內(nèi)部工(gong)藝段(duan)界別(bie),提前(qian)了解(jie)和(he)掌握(wo)上下(xia)關(guān)(guan)聯(lián)(lian)崗(gang)位操作內(nèi)(nei)容(rong),為輪(lun)崗(gang)奠(dian)定良(liang)好(hao)的基(ji)礎(chǔ)(chu)。
提標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn)(zhun)。為增(zeng)強(qiáng)員工(gong)學(xué)習(xí)效(xiao)果,提升崗(gang)位學(xué)(xue)習(xí)平臺(tái)(tai)應(yīng)用(yong)質(zhì)量(liang),本(ben)次考評(píng)(ping)除(chu)了(le)在(zai)充(chong)實(shí)(shi)內(nèi)(nei)容(rong)、嚴(yán)(yan)格過(guò)(guo)程(cheng)的(de)基(ji)礎(chǔ)(chu)上,將(jiang)考試考(kao)評(píng)合(he)格(ge)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(zhun)由75分(fen)提高80分(fen)(百分(fen)制),可(ke)允(yun)許(xu)的(de)補(bǔ)考(kao)次數(shù)(shu)由2次縮減(jian)至1次,對(duì)(dui)考(kao)評(píng)(ping)人(ren)員按(an)《員工(gong)培(pei)訓(xùn)“賦(fu)能工(gong)程(cheng)”實(shí)(shi)施方案(an)》予(yu)以(yi)獎(jiǎng)(jiang)懲(cheng),在提高工作(zuo)質(zhì)量(liang),激(ji)勵(lì)員(yuan)工(gong)的(de)同(tong)時(shí)(shi)夯實(shí)(shi)了(le)對(duì)崗(gang)位基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的(de)進(jìn)(jin)一(yi)步掌握。
三(san)天的考(kao)評(píng)中(zhong),全(quan)體(ti)參(can)考人(ren)員(yuan)嚴(yán)(yan)格遵(zun)守考場(chǎng)(chang)紀(jì)律,一(yi)絲不(bu)茍(gou),認(rèn)(ren)真(zhen)答卷,考試過(guò)(guo)程組(zu)織嚴(yán)(yan)密、秩序(xu)井(jing)然(ran)、考(kao)風(fēng)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)(jin),達(dá)到(dao)了預(yù)期(qi)效果???kao)試結(jié)束(shu)后(hou),人力(li)資源(yuan)部(bu)將(jiang)通報(bào)考(kao)試結(jié)果,并(bing)要求全體(ti)參(can)考(kao)人(ren)員(yuan)認(rèn)(ren)真(zhen)分析(xi)總結(jié)(jie),查找(zhao)不足(zu),針(zhen)對(duì)考(kao)試(shi)中(zhong)存(cun)在(zai)的薄弱(ruo)環(huán)節(jié)(jie),進(jìn)一步加(jia)強(qiáng)(qiang)業(yè)(ye)務(wù)(wu)學(xué)(xue)習(xí)(xi),不斷(duan)提(ti)升(sheng)自身理論(lun)水平(ping)和業(yè)務(wù)(wu)素(su)質(zhì)。
