近(jin)日(ri),公司副(fu)總(zong)經(jīng)理(li)、黨(dang)委委員閆(yan)建懷(huai)帶(dai)隊(duì),通(tong)過(guò)(guo)逐個(gè)(ge)走(zou)訪交流的(de)方(fang)式,聽(tīng)(ting)取基(ji)層(ceng)單位意(yi)見(jiàn),宣貫(guan)對(duì)標(biāo)先進(jìn)(jin)理念,安排部(bu)署(shu)新(xin)一(yi)年的(de)對(duì)(dui)標(biāo)(biao)工(gong)作(zuo)方案(an)。
本次走(zou)訪(fang)交流由(you)企業(yè)(ye)管(guan)理部(bu)組(zu)織,與每個(gè)(ge)基層單(dan)位進(jìn)行(xing)面對(duì)(dui)面(mian)的座(zuo)談(tan)交(jiao)流,主(zhu)要內(nèi)容(rong)包括(kuo)現(xiàn)(xian)行(xing)對(duì)(dui)標(biāo)(biao)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流(liu)和2021年(nian)對(duì)(dui)標(biāo)工作(zuo)安排(pai)兩(liang)部分。
走訪交流(liu)中,閆建(jian)懷對(duì)各基(ji)層單位目前已(yi)形成的指標(biāo)對(duì)標(biāo)、班組對(duì)(dui)標(biāo)、崗(gang)位勞動(dòng)競(jìng)(jing)賽(sai)等(deng)固定(ding)組織形(xing)式(shi)給予(yu)了肯(ken)定,希(xi)望繼續(xù)保(bao)持特(te)色對(duì)標(biāo)(biao)做法、經(jīng)(jing)驗(yàn)及(ji)成果。對(duì)于(yu)2021年(nian)對(duì)標(biāo)(biao)管理(li),重點(diǎn)(dian)從三個(gè)方面(mian)對(duì)(dui)各單(dan)位(wei)進(jìn)(jin)行理念宣貫(guan)和(he)安(an)排部署(shu):一(yi)是各單位(wei)圍繞(rao)“全面對(duì)(dui)標(biāo)(biao)、全(quan)員對(duì)標(biāo)、全過(guò)程對(duì)(dui)標(biāo)(biao)”做(zuo)文章,要(yao)將(jiang)對(duì)(dui)標(biāo)作為一(yi)種管理(li)工(gong)具(ju),組織全(quan)員(yuan)以崗(gang)位職責(zé)(ze)、專(zhuan)業(yè)(ye)部(bu)室的管理(li)要(yao)求、主(zhu)要工(gong)作任(ren)務(wù)為(wei)標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn),將(jiang)所有(you)的工(gong)作納(na)入對(duì)(dui)標(biāo)(biao)范(fan)疇,擴(kuò)(kuo)大對(duì)(dui)標(biāo)工(gong)作(zuo)的覆蓋(gai)面(mian);二是(shi)各(ge)單(dan)位一(yi)定要(yao)努力(li)推(tui)進(jìn)對(duì)(dui)標(biāo)(biao)融(rong)入日常(chang)管理(li),切忌(ji)分(fen)而劃之(zhi)、另起爐(lu)灶,為對(duì)(dui)標(biāo)而對(duì)標(biāo),給員工(gong)額外增加(jia)負(fù)(fu)擔(dān)。所有(you)的對(duì)標(biāo)指(zhi)標(biāo),都(dou)是要(yao)通(tong)過(guò)(guo)方方(fang)面(mian)面(mian)的實(shí)際工(gong)作(zuo)來(lái)(lai)支(zhi)撐(cheng)完(wan)成的(de),只(zhi)有將(jiang)對(duì)(dui)標(biāo)(biao)理(li)念(nian)與(yu)方(fang)法融(rong)入(ru)日常管(guan)理(li),以(yi)更(geng)高(gao)的(de)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(zhun)、更嚴(yán)(yan)的要求(qiu)完(wan)成好各(ge)項(xiàng)工作(zuo),才能(neng)保證(zheng)各項(xiàng)的(de)指標(biāo)穩(wěn)(wen)定性與對(duì)(dui)標(biāo)成果的(de)可(ke)持(chi)續(xù)性(xing);三是(shi)各(ge)單位一定要加(jia)強(qiáng)對(duì)(dui)標(biāo)成果(guo)的總結(jié)、宣(xuan)傳(chuan)和(he)推廣(guang)。尤其是(shi)生(sheng)產(chǎn)(chan)單(dan)位,普遍存(cun)在總結(jié)(jie)提煉(lian)能(neng)力差、宣傳(chuan)力度(du)不(bu)足的(de)問(wèn)題(ti),要(yao)想(xiang)辦法(fa)把(ba)這一(yi)短板(ban)補(bǔ)起(qi)來(lái)(lai)。加大(da)先(xian)進(jìn)經(jīng)(jing)驗(yàn)(yan)、課(ke)題(ti)成(cheng)果的(de)宣傳(chuan)力度(du),推(tui)動(dòng)(dong)對(duì)標(biāo)成果持(chi)續(xù)(xu)轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)化(hua)、復(fù)制(zhi)和推(tui)廣,為公(gong)司(si)高(gao)質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)發(fā)(fa)展增(zeng)磚(zhuan)添(tian)瓦(wa)。
